英文面試如何回答職業(yè)規(guī)劃問題

　　要想回答好與工作規(guī)劃有關的問題，必須先預先冷靜地為自己樹立一個目標。若干年后，你想在公司晉升到一個什么高度的位置呢?一定要先把自己的目標考慮好，面試時一旦被問及便可應答自如。如果你連自己追求的目標都說不清楚，雇主當然就無法確定公司該不該雇傭你了。對于目標髙的應聘者來說，這類問題尤為重要。如果你應聘的是管理層的職務，那么公司對于你的目標就肯定會有更大的期望值。
