面試中如何機智回答為什么換工作？
如果你是一個準(zhǔn)備換工作或換過工作的求職者，在面試中你也許會經(jīng)常遇到的一個問題就是你為什么會換工作。這個問題看似簡單，實際上潛藏著一些陷阱，如果處理不慎很可能讓你的潛在雇主拒絕你。
說法一:關(guān)于職位
The only reason is that I want a higher position. I’d like to have a job that is more dynamic and challenging. I want to work in a company where I can display my ability, and I hope to have an opportunity to develop my abilities.
唯一的原因是我想要謀求更高的職位。我想要做更有活力和具有挑戰(zhàn)性的.工作。我想在能展示我能力的公司里工作，并且我希望有機會使我的能力得到發(fā)展。

因為我想找到一家我真的愿意長期為之效勞的理想中的公司，然后我會安定下來，并做出長久的貢獻。我也希望公司能給我提供較為合理的薪水，因為我要養(yǎng)家糊口。
