2015寶潔面試經(jīng)典八大問(wèn)題附答案范例
寶潔的面試由8個(gè)核心問(wèn)題組成。寶潔公司招聘題號(hào)稱(chēng)由高級(jí)人力資源專(zhuān)家設(shè)計(jì),無(wú)論您如實(shí)或編造回答, 都能反應(yīng)您某一方面的能力。核心部分的題如下：

1、Describe an instance where you set your sights on a high/demanding goal and saw it though completion. (請(qǐng)你舉1個(gè)具體的例子，說(shuō)明你是如何設(shè)定1個(gè)目標(biāo)然后達(dá)到它。)
Demanding Goal: To design a musical and dramatic show to celebrate the centennial Anniversary of Tianjin University.
The person who reaches this goal: Chairman of Tianjin University Student Union What I learned from this observation: It is not necessary for a true leader to be an expert in such or such field of his career. But he must possess the charismatic and the capacity to drive different people, who have diverged opinions, or even conflicting interests, to proceed together to the same organizational goal.

根據(jù)以上幾個(gè)問(wèn)題，面試時(shí)每一位面試官當(dāng)場(chǎng)在各自的“面試評(píng)估表”上打分。打分分為3等：
1—2分(能力不足，不符合職位要求、缺乏技巧，能力及知識(shí))
3—5分(普通至超乎一般水準(zhǔn);符合職位要求;技巧、能力及知識(shí)水平良好)
6—8分(杰出應(yīng)聘者，超乎職位要求;技巧、能力及知識(shí)水平出眾)。
具體項(xiàng)目評(píng)分包括說(shuō)服力/毅力評(píng)分、組織/計(jì)劃能力評(píng)分、群體合作能力評(píng)分等項(xiàng)目評(píng)分。在“面試評(píng)估表”的最后1頁(yè)有1項(xiàng)“是否推薦欄”，有3個(gè)結(jié)論供面試官選擇：拒絕、待選、接納。在寶潔公司的招聘體制下，聘用1個(gè)人，須經(jīng)所有面試經(jīng)理一致通過(guò)方可。若是幾位面試經(jīng)理一起面試應(yīng)聘人，在集體討論之后，最后的評(píng)估多采取1票否決制。任何1位面試官選擇了“拒絕”，該生都將從面試程序中被淘汰。
