招聘官揭秘校園招聘中必問的七類面試題

Background Questions
背景問題最簡(jiǎn)單最基本的面試問題,通常用來(lái)暖場(chǎng)整個(gè)面試。主要問題是用來(lái)了解你是誰(shuí),你的學(xué)術(shù)背景,你的興趣愛好等等。過程中盡量表現(xiàn)的比較熱情,有活力,對(duì)話過程中保持眼神交流。
Typical Background Questions:
- Tell me about one of the classes you are taking right now.
- What class did you enjoy the most?
- What has been keeping you busy on campus lately?
- What was your study abroad experience like?
- What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
- Tell me about yourself.

In-depth Experience Questions
一旦你和面試官在Background Question聊得不錯(cuò),你們就會(huì)進(jìn)入更深入的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)相關(guān)問題面試。不要一味的重復(fù)描述你簡(jiǎn)歷上已有的工作經(jīng)歷,他們想聽的是你在這個(gè)工作中都具體干了什么,遇到了什么問題,最后又是怎么解決的。
Typical In-depth Experience Questions:
- What were your responsibilities at this job?
- What was the most difficult aspect of this job? How did you handle it?
- What is something you improved at this job?
- How often do you participate in this group and what is your role?
- What goals did you and your fellow members of this organization set? Did you achieve them?

Behavioral Questions
Behavioral Questions 是會(huì)計(jì)和咨詢工作最重要的面試問題,也是面試中需要我們花費(fèi)最長(zhǎng)時(shí)間準(zhǔn)備的問題。你需要認(rèn)真斟酌問題的答案和,面試官會(huì)從你給出的答案對(duì)你的Skills和Personalities加以了解和判斷。
Typical Behavioral Questions:
- Give me an example of when you had to work under a seemingly impossible deadline.
- Tell me about a time when you had to do something that wasn’t popular and how you went about it.
- Have you ever worked in a team setting where not everyone in the team agreed? How did you handle it?
- Can you tell me about a time when you went above and beyond your responsibilities to help accomplish something?
- Have you handled a difficult situation with another department? How?

Technical Questions
在四大的面試中很少會(huì)問到Technical Questions. 你不需要在這方面花費(fèi)很多時(shí)間。四大會(huì)提供Training 項(xiàng)目,對(duì)于你不了解的技能進(jìn)行相關(guān)的培訓(xùn),所以四大并不在意你之前是不是了解專業(yè)知識(shí)。

- What is your biggest weakness?
- What motivates you?
- Describe your work style.

Why Questions
Typical Why Questions:
- Why do you want to work in public accounting?
- Why do you want to work in audit/tax/advisory/risk management/etc.?
- Why do you want to work for our firm?

Your Questions
在面試的最后面試官一般都會(huì)問你你有什么問題要問。有兩種情況是很糟糕的:
1)沒有任何問題。
2)問關(guān)于錢的問題。 因?yàn)槿绻銢]有任何問題想問,說明你并不是很想在這工作,如果你很想問關(guān)于工資或者獎(jiǎng)金的問題,可以作為在面試結(jié)束前的最后一個(gè)問題。
另外四大的工資是固定的,所以你是不能Negotiate的。
