Question2: Why you choose Singapre to take your Hospitality Management Course?
這個問題可能在國內(nèi)的朋友用不到，但要是回答稍作修改，就能變成“Why you take HM course?”的答案
問題：你為什么要選酒店管理這門課程?

When I was 13 years old, I had a dream to work in a high-class hotel. Furthermore, nowadays, tourism in China is rapidly on the rise, and thousands of foreign tourists travel to China. When I prepared for my university entrancy examination, I found that most university in China they only offer Toustism Management for degree. And I know there is much more different courses compared with Hospitality Management. I know Singapore is the second best country that offer Hospitality Management, and it is also one of the safest countries in the world. Therefore, after I graduated from high school, I came to Singapore for my institute study on xxxxxx.

因為是老師根據(jù)你在TAINING中的表現(xiàn)給我們派的酒店，所以在面試的3天前，我就知道了要去的酒店。所以我上網(wǎng)查了有關(guān)HOLIDAY INN 以及他的集團 INTER CONTINENTAL的資料。又因為我面試的是F&B DEPARTMENT，所以對他們當(dāng)?shù)氐倪@家HOLIDAY INN 的 F&B DEPARTMENT也要有所了解。
Answer:
I know Holiday Inn is managed by Inter Continental Hotel Group. And this group is the biggest hotel group which is based on its quantity(數(shù)量) of the guestrooms. F&B department is the second biggest revenue (n.收入) generating department that generats the revenue around 15% to 30% for the hotel.How to generate(產(chǎn)生) this number? this need us provide the best service to our guests. Although I haven't any working experience, yet i have good attitude to satisfy my guests. And we also must have a well-communicating team to prerform our jobs. Integrity(正直, 誠實) is also needed in our job preform. Everything that we promise out guests must be done. Respect is as well important. We should respect our guests, and we also should repect each other. Last but not the least, I think as staff in a hotel, we must trust each other, and we also should let our guests trust us.

(其實這里我說的service,one team, integrity, respect and trust是 INER CONTINENTAL集團的信條，所以當(dāng)我在描述這些的時候，經(jīng)理有些差異，聽完我說的之后，他顯得非常高興。之后，我又說了一下我所在的實習(xí)酒店他們餐飲部的RESTRAURANTS的情況，這里就不多寫了，因為每個酒店都不一樣的嘛!)
第2輪面試，基本上快要結(jié)束了。經(jīng)理也沒有再問什么問題了，就只是簡單說了一下他們酒店餐飲部的一些基本情況，然后告訴我會把我安排在他手下做事。
最后臨走的時候，他跟我說了一句“You must be a manager in 5 years”. 我回了他一句“That is the goal i am pursuing!
