　　“我們?yōu)槭裁匆�雇用你？”——向面試官推銷(xiāo)自己

　　翻開(kāi)就用!對(duì)方可能會(huì)這樣問(wèn):

　　Why should we hire you？ 為什么我們要雇用你？

　　有些雇主講話很直，會(huì)開(kāi)門(mén)見(jiàn)山地問(wèn)你Why should we hire you？（為什么我們要雇用你？）因?yàn)槊嬖嚬傧胫�道�?lái)應(yīng)聘的人性格與職位合不合適，以及是否能夠馬上勝任工作。對(duì)他們來(lái)說(shuō)，面對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題，無(wú)法立刻應(yīng)變做出適當(dāng)回答的人，很可能沒(méi)辦法跟上他們的腳步，甚至?xí)�被視為臉皮太薄、�?shí)時(shí)應(yīng)變能力不足，很容易被淘汰。

　　其他類(lèi)似的“開(kāi)門(mén)見(jiàn)山”問(wèn)題還有下面這些，在中文面試的時(shí)候也可能會(huì)遇到。

　　Why did you apply to our company? 你為什么會(huì)想應(yīng)聘本公司?

　　Why are you interested in our company？你為什么對(duì)本公司有興趣？

　　Why do you want to work in our company? 你為什么會(huì)想在本公司工作?

　　開(kāi)口就說(shuō)!你可以這樣回答

　　如果面試官問(wèn)你Why should we hire you?,你可以盡量朝以下三點(diǎn)發(fā)揮:

　　我很適合這項(xiàng)工作。(I’maperfectfit for thisjob.)

　　如果雇用我,我馬上就可以勝任這個(gè)職位。(I’ll be able to get on track as soon as you hire me.)

　　我可以為你們公司帶來(lái)利益。(I could bring profits to your company.)

　　能夠三點(diǎn)都表達(dá)出來(lái)當(dāng)然最理想,不過(guò)面試的對(duì)話畢竟不是照著劇本走的, 你不太可能把所有想講的話都一次講完。所以,最好觀察面試官的臉色,至少要把這三點(diǎn)中的一點(diǎn)表達(dá)出來(lái)。

　　那么如果被問(wèn)到你為什么想在本公司工作這種問(wèn)題呢?最重要的答題技巧就是要讓對(duì)方看出你對(duì)他們的公司很有興趣�？梢詮倪@幾個(gè)點(diǎn)著手:

　　公司的企業(yè)理念(the ideals of the company)2

　　公司的未來(lái)(the future of the company)3

　　公司商品的優(yōu)越性(the excellence of the company’s products)

　　除此之外,還要注意以下五點(diǎn):

　　就算應(yīng)聘的公司不是你的第一選擇(top pick / first choice),也要說(shuō)是第一選擇,且最好要準(zhǔn)備好它之所以是你的第一選擇的理由。

　　絕對(duì)不要說(shuō)現(xiàn)在或以前的公司或上司的壞話。面試官可能會(huì)懷疑:你現(xiàn)在這么講,以后用了你,你離開(kāi)后是不是也會(huì)講我們的壞話?

　　不要表示出在乎上司的年齡、種族與性別,絕不能出現(xiàn)歧視的字句。外企非常忌諱這樣的情況。

　　如果還是新人,可以強(qiáng)調(diào)你愿意用努力來(lái)彌補(bǔ)自己經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足。

　　就算之前很久都待在同一家公司,也要表示自己適應(yīng)力很強(qiáng),能立刻適應(yīng)新的環(huán)境。

　　I would like to learn and grow along with yourcompany. 我想與貴公司一同學(xué)習(xí)、一同成長(zhǎng)。

　　I think [sales representative] is a challenging and extremely rewarding job. 我認(rèn)為〔銷(xiāo)售代表〕是一個(gè)很有挑戰(zhàn)性且很能得到成就感 的工作。

　　I believe that I have excellent organizationalskills and know the right methods to increase distribution channels. 我相信我擁有杰出的組織技能,又了解增加公司的銷(xiāo)售渠道的正確方式。

　　NG-1 I want to work in your company because my parents say it’s a good company. 我想來(lái)貴公司上班,因?yàn)槲野謰尪颊f(shuō)這是一間很好的公司。

　　夸獎(jiǎng)公司好是可以的，但應(yīng)該要說(shuō)是自己認(rèn)為公司好，而非父母。西方的公司一般不看重親戚關(guān)系，對(duì)你父母的想法并不感興趣，更可能因?yàn)槟闾岬搅烁改付�認(rèn)為你只懂得聽(tīng)父母的話，沒(méi)有主見(jiàn)。
