Some things that will help you come up with true weaknesses is to look at some of the challenges you have faced in your previous jobs or think about constructive criticism you've received from a manager.

Although we mention that you should be honest, it's also good to remember that there is such a thing as being too honest. You need to avoid weaknesses that will hurt your chances of getting the job. For example, say if you're applying for an HR position and you say that you're not good with people, or if you're trying for a sales job and you say you are bad at negotiating. This doesn't mean that you have to make up a weakness, but it's just preferable for you to pick another weakness that isn't a deal breaker.

英語專業(yè)四級聽寫的選材廣泛而不生辟,體裁可以為敘述性,描寫性,或說明性,難度適中,不超出與聽力理解部分的同等難度,詞匯以大綱要求的前四級為主,也有一些五﹑六級詞匯,但不會出現(xiàn)太偏僻的人名﹑地名等專有名詞或詞匯,背景知識要求不會太復雜,不會超出大部分學生應該掌握的常識。聽寫部分占時共約15分種,原始分為15分,比重占全部的15%.
聽寫,顧名思義,既聽又寫,它滲透在各種形式的語言活動中,是最常用到的基本功之一。聽寫測試要求考生把聽到的內(nèi)容準確無誤地以筆頭的形式表達出來,雖無需考生自己遣詞造句,但由于牽涉到語言(聽力﹑單詞拼寫﹑篇章結(jié)構(gòu)等)與非語言能力(如記憶力﹑速記等)也決非易事。提高聽寫能力,關鍵就是加強各種相關知識和技能的訓練。
英語專業(yè)四級考試(tem4)的第二大部分是聽寫。同第一部分寫作一樣,聽寫也屬主觀性考試,由人腦閱卷。
聽寫曾作為教學手段而歷史源遠流長,同時,作為測試綜合技能的手段之一,聽寫可根據(jù)考試目的,對象等的不同,在選材難度,朗讀遍數(shù)及速度,中間停頓時間的長短等方面,采用不同的形式,如:標準聽寫,部分聽寫,干擾聽寫,作文聽寫等。在tem4中,采用的是錄音式標準聽寫,也就是要求考生在15分鐘內(nèi)在全面理解所聽內(nèi)容的基礎上準確無誤地逐字逐句寫出全文。目的是測試應試者的接收性(聽)與產(chǎn)出性(寫)語言技能,其理解,拼寫,標點等的能力。所選材料廣泛而不生辟,體裁可以為敘述性,描寫性,或說明性,難度適中,不超出與聽力同等難度,詞匯以大綱要求的前四級為主,也有一些五,六級詞匯,但不會出現(xiàn)太偏僻的人名,地名等專有名詞或詞匯,背景知識不需太復雜,不會超出大部分學生應該掌握的常識。
聽寫部分共占時大約15分種,計分15分,比重15%.全文大約150詞左右,為一段或多段,共分15個意群,每個意群可能是詞組,分句或單句。全文共朗讀四遍。第一遍為正常速度,每分鐘錄音速度為大約120詞,要求考生此時從整體理解全文內(nèi)容,抓住中心大意,而不要著急寫;第二,三遍為慢讀,根據(jù)意群停頓,停頓時間大約15秒,要求考生準確寫出所聽內(nèi)容;第四遍跟第一遍一樣,仍為每分鐘約120詞,考生可邊聽邊校對。全文聽完后,有兩分鐘的復查時間,直到錄音中聽到“that's the end of dictation”,表示這一部分結(jié)束,該進行下一項聽力內(nèi)容了。

發(fā)傳真一般步驟
Step1:把要傳真的紙張,一般有字的一面朝下(各傳真機不同,請根據(jù)指示操作)放入傳真機;
Step2:撥號。
(1)有單獨的傳真號碼時:撥號,在電話接通后,聽到“嘀”一聲后,按啟動鍵;傳真機顯示“send”狀態(tài)后,放下話筒,聽到“嘟”一聲后,說明傳真已發(fā)送完成。聽到忙音,則重新?lián)芴枴?/p>
。2) 電話和傳真機共用一個號碼時:撥號,在電話接通后,請對方給你一個傳真信號,聽到“嘀”一聲后,按啟動鍵;后面步驟同上。
3.發(fā)傳真必備第三句:傳真已發(fā),請查收。
經(jīng)典表達:
I have faxed you XXX. Please have a check.
我已經(jīng)把XXX傳真給您,請查收。
舉一反三:
It would be great if you sign it and fax it back to me.
有些文件需要對方在收到傳真后簽名、批注,那么就請對方稍后再把以簽名或批注的傳真再發(fā)還給你。
4.發(fā)傳真必備第四句:傳真有些問題,請再發(fā)一次。
經(jīng)典表達:
I have received your fax. But some pages were missing. Could you please fax it again?
傳真已收到,不過有缺頁,請再發(fā)一次。

外企郵件制度
TO:收件人,主要閱讀郵件的人。
CC:CC的全名是Carbon Copy,即抄送。只要是和該郵件所涉及信息相關的人,需要了解該郵件信息的人都要去CC。
BCC:BCC的全名是Blind Carbon Copy,即加密抄送。BCC一般用來放你的下屬。
FW:FW的全名是Foward,即轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)。你在發(fā)郵件給某人的時候,同時轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)給其他很多人。
