兩年前，我從xx英語(yǔ)教育院校畢業(yè)，躊躇滿志地從大學(xué)校門里走出來(lái)，滿懷信心地踏進(jìn)了這滿是孩子們的天堂。在我開始接任四年級(jí)二班的英語(yǔ)教程那一刻，我的心情忐忑不安，不知能否把課上好，當(dāng)我真正走上工作崗位，走上四二班教室的講臺(tái)時(shí)，面對(duì)一個(gè)個(gè)鮮活可愛的面孔，面對(duì)一雙雙求知的眼睛，我總是一次次默默的告訴自己，要努力，要加油，要成為深受學(xué)生歡迎的好老師。
有人說(shuō)兒童是一本書雖然要讀懂這本書并非易事，但要成為一位出色的教師就必須去讀它，有人說(shuō)，兒童是花木，教師是園丁，園丁悉心照料著花木，但需要尊重它們自然地成長(zhǎng)。實(shí)際上，兒童比花木要復(fù)雜的多，教師的工作比園丁的工作也復(fù)雜的多，盡管他們擁有著共同或共通的規(guī)律。法國(guó)文學(xué)家雨果在他的詩(shī)里曾經(jīng)寫到：“花是尊貴的，果實(shí)是甜美的，讓我們都來(lái)做葉吧，因?yàn)槿~，是平凡而謙遜的。”我覺(jué)得這首詩(shī)就是為教師寫的，因?yàn)榻處熅拖衲悄瞰I(xiàn)的綠葉，時(shí)時(shí)刻刻襯托著鮮花的嬌艷。今天，在慶祝教師節(jié)的日子里，我榮幸地站上這方講臺(tái)，誦讀這樣意味深長(zhǎng)的詩(shī)句，即將開始我至真至誠(chéng)的講述，我心中無(wú)比激動(dòng)，也感到萬(wàn)分的驕傲自豪。
時(shí)光匆匆，轉(zhuǎn)眼間我已走過(guò)了四年的從教生涯。雖然在大家看來(lái)這段時(shí)間有些短暫。但細(xì)數(shù)往昔歲月的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴，我還是要長(zhǎng)嘆：生活原來(lái)給了我們那么多感動(dòng)。為了這真情付出后得到的感動(dòng)，我一直在追求著。剛剛參加工作時(shí)，信心百倍。記得第一次以教師的身份走進(jìn)課堂，感覺(jué)一切都是那樣美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味濃，為師才知為師難。一段時(shí)間之后，我先前良好的自我感覺(jué)早就一掃而空，面對(duì)一群求知欲渴的孩子們，我才真正意識(shí)到教師職業(yè)是何等的艱辛和瑣碎，三尺講臺(tái)站上去容易，要站好可真難��！
每個(gè)人都希望自己的人生風(fēng)和日麗，鶯歌燕舞。但月有陰晴圓缺，人有旦夕禍福，挫折和失敗總是不斷地踩痛我們的心。我們是把失意的怨氣撒在孩子身上，還是收起此時(shí)內(nèi)心的苦楚用微笑面對(duì)純真可愛的孩子？我想沒(méi)有人愿意選擇前者，因?yàn)槟愕男闹杏袗�！魯迅先生有句話“教育是植根與愛的”。是的，愛是教育的.源泉，教師有了愛，才會(huì)用伯樂(lè)的眼光去發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子們的閃光點(diǎn)，才會(huì)對(duì)自己的教育對(duì)象充滿了信心和愛心，才會(huì)有追求卓越的精神和創(chuàng)新的精神。

But for myself，I learn English not only because of its importance and itsusefulness，but also because of my love for it.When I learn English，I can feel adifferent way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When Iread English novels，I can feel the pleasure from the book which is differentfrom reading the translation.When I speak English，I can feel the confident frommy words.When I write English，I can see the beauty which is not the same as ourChinese...

Her bad temped mother never workx, always cheated others torelieve her ,and atex while watching TV all day.What is worse ,Precious was only16,but she had pregnant for twice .Out of assumption ,her child is her farther''s child .Living in this life ,she alawys imagine to avoid facing her life.Fortunately,with the help and careneof the teacher and doctor ,her life becamenot so bad .
Precious has a tough life ,and if she gives up her life and does not jointhe adult education ,she will not meet the teacher and her life may not bechanged .When we xfaced with the difficulty x,avoidingx is not a good way forus. It can not solve the problems.What we need to do is that analying the causeand trying to changed our place .So we should be brave and face the trapdirectly.

He tells me to readpassages loudly and listen to the English tapes everyday morning.In order toprogress my writing he also asks me to write some articles at times. I likelisten to the English songs,he suggests me to sing the English songs.As a resultof his ways my English becomes well.

Everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different lifestage,and we need dreams to support us. Dreams are like the stars we never reachin the sky,but like most mariners(水手),we can chart our course by them. Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing isimpossible.I firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way. If

My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword isfamous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains. At some time inthe past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Eachachievement results from my hard work.
