《誰動了我的奶酪》讀后感
今天我讀完了美國著名作家斯賓塞.約翰遜寫的《誰動了我的奶酪》一書,真是受益匪淺!
《誰動了我的奶酪》講的是兩個小矮人和兩只小老鼠的故事。文章主要圍繞“奶酪”的.獲得、擁有、失去,不同的人產(chǎn)生的不同心態(tài),由此產(chǎn)生迥異的行動策略。是像嗅嗅和匆匆,迅速開始行動?還是像哼哼那樣害怕變化,否認(rèn)和拒絕變化?還是像唧唧那樣看到變化會使事情變得更好,并能夠及時地調(diào)整自己去適應(yīng)變化?其實,對于任何一個人來說,生活和學(xué)習(xí)中有太多的變化,變化無時無處不在發(fā)生,無論我們是否害怕變革的到來。如果我們能夠盡快調(diào)整自己適應(yīng)變化,我們完全可以做得更好。當(dāng)我們面對變化時,我們會害怕,會感到無所適從,這很正常。只要我們能夠認(rèn)真科學(xué)的對待畏懼,它甚至可以幫助我們避開真正的危險。我們無須拒絕變化,我們完全可以改變對變化的態(tài)度,在變化中享受變化,擁抱變化,迎接變化。
