(二)收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
往來港澳通行證每證80元，往來港澳一次有效簽注每件15元，二次有效簽注每件30元，短期(不超過一年)多次有效簽注每件80元，一年以上(不含一年)兩年以下(含兩年)多次有效簽注每件120元，兩年以上(不含兩年)三年以下(不含三年)多次有效簽注每件160元，長期(三年以上，含三年)多次有效簽注每件240元。
(三)審批機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行審核，作出批準(zhǔn)或者不予批準(zhǔn)的決定，不予批準(zhǔn)的，審批機(jī)構(gòu)向申請人出具《不予批準(zhǔn)決定書》。
(四)申請人領(lǐng)取證件。
港澳通行證辦理方式
內(nèi)地居民申請往來港澳通行證和簽注，須由本人向公安機(jī)關(guān)出入境管理部門提出申請，但有下列情形之一的，按照相應(yīng)規(guī)定提交申請：
(一)未滿16周歲人員申請往來港澳通行證的，由監(jiān)護(hù)人或者監(jiān)護(hù)人委托他人陪同申請。監(jiān)護(hù)人應(yīng)當(dāng)提交監(jiān)護(hù)證明(如出生證明、戶口簿等)、居民身份證等身份證明并留存復(fù)印件;監(jiān)護(hù)人委托他人陪同的，還須提交委托書以及陪同人的居民身份證等身份證明并留存復(fù)印件。

(三)已持有效往來港澳通行證，通過勞務(wù)經(jīng)營公司組織赴香港或者澳門就業(yè)的，以及在港澳就業(yè)期間繼續(xù)申請逗留簽注的，可由勞務(wù)經(jīng)營公司代為申請逗留簽注。勞務(wù)經(jīng)營公司須事先將公司印章、負(fù)責(zé)人簽名向勞務(wù)經(jīng)營公司所在地有關(guān)公安機(jī)關(guān)出入境管理部門備案。
(四)內(nèi)地居民按照有關(guān)規(guī)定在香港或者澳門向深圳或者珠海簽證辦提出申請的，可通過香港或者澳門中國旅行社提交有關(guān)申請材料。

This document is being submitted in support of my application for admissioninto your program.
Born in June 1974, I grew up in Lanzhou, a city that boasts of a history ofthousands of years and a cultural heritage that is as colorful as it is old. Fewcities, either in China or beyond, can match it in the richness of architecturalstyles. Stradding the upper Yellow River that sired the Chinese civilization,Lanzhou prides itself in both her past glory laden in the ancient structures onthe north bank and her new found prosperity oozing out of the dazzlinghigh-rises in the south. Although, as a child, I was not always able toarticulate my admiration for such striking contrast, I constantly beheld thecity's landscape in awe. I began to understand, at that young age, thatarchitecture can be a powerful symbol of culture, a people and the spirit of anera.
My first intellectual mentor, one of my parents' best friends, was an artistseasoned in oil painting and photography. She often brought me with her when shetraveled, and it was on these trips that her creative mind worked in full gear.I thus observed how human hands could work wonders by recreating the beauty ofnatural scenery in the form of sketches, paintings and photos. What was moreimportant, I got to know that there are professions of creative work that callsfor imagination and craftsmanship.
Fervent with creative art and fascinated with architectural design, I enteredin 1992 into the Department of Architecture of Tsinghua University, China's topengineering school, on the strength of my outstanding performance in the highlycompetitive National University Entrance Examinations.
At Tsinghua, I went through five years of vigorous training and thus acquiredexquisite skills in drawing and design. Since I understood from early childhoodthat inspiration often comes from nature, I traveled far and wide throughoutChina's vast territory, setting my foot even in outlying Tibet and Xingjiang,both in the country's westernmost interior. These travels allowed me to tracemodern China's culture to its different sources, and the variety not only deeplyimpressed me but also fired my imagination. In my graduation project, CashiContemporary Art Museum in Xinjiang, I successfully blended a naturalenvironment into my artistic design by using a system of water circulation tosupport and sustain the building. As the most significant resource in anagricultural enclave surrounded by desert, water represents hope for both thepeople and their land. With the water circulation system, the building took onadded vitality.
In mid-1997, I graduated with my B. S. and took a job as a designer with theBeijing-based "company." My career as an architect thus took off.
Once I have settled into the real world of architectural design, I developedmy career path quickly, playing substantial roles in a stream of projects. Todate, my most significant responsibility has been to work as a main designer in(a key state) project, in which I led a group of my colleagues in meeting adaunting challenge. In addition to gaining a profound understanding of thetechnical difficulties necessarily attendant to such large-scale projects, Ilearned to work effectively within a team that also included my clients andcolleagues. The teamwork thus not only strengthened my professional competenceat conceptual and technical design but also honed my leadership skills that canbe put to good use in other situations. As a result, I now feel even moreconfident of myself than I was before.
My experience in general, and the six years of frequent traveling inparticular, has left an indelible mark on my intellectual development. As I cannow readily appreciate a society's cultural, historical and socio-politicalimpact on its architectural styles, I now try to reflect my own cultural andsocial background in my own designs. These days, I view architecture not just asa career but, more importantly, as an expression of my professional progress,and I fell that it is an view more compatible with Western rather than Chinesepedagogy. In any case, I have already been through China's best school forarchitectural studies, and I am convince that the further development of myprofessional qualifications requires more advanced training in a school likeyours. I believe that advanced studies under your seasoned guidance will endowme with a broader vision and more profound insights, with which I can make stillmore contribution to my motherland China.
香港本科留學(xué)申請條件
1、去香港讀本科需要達(dá)到什么條件
第一個是優(yōu)秀的高考成績。高考成績達(dá)到一本線以上，最好再多幾十分的學(xué)生可以申請香港各個高校的本科，如果想申請獎學(xué)金的話，高出一本線一百分左右多半是可以申請全獎的 ，高出五十分左右可以申請半獎。這個分?jǐn)?shù)范圍根據(jù)每年報(bào)考人數(shù)的多少而有所變化。
第二個是優(yōu)秀的英語單科成績。一般是不低于130(單科總分150)，90(單科總分100)。
第三個是優(yōu)秀的綜合能力。比如參加了有意思的社團(tuán)活動，獲得過大型的比賽獎勵，另外，面試的時能夠用英語對答如流。
2、去香港讀本科一般什么時候申請
對于今年高三在讀的學(xué)生，一般是從每年2月開始一直到6月截止。有的學(xué)校截止的早的可能3月或四月就截止了。所有有這個打算的朋友要早點(diǎn)開始申請。申請的時候直接在網(wǎng)上提 交材料。等高考成績出來后，學(xué)校會根據(jù)學(xué)生情況而定是否安排面試。一般是6-7月份開始面試。面試通過的`學(xué)生就可以成功入讀。
3、高考成績達(dá)不到一本但又想去香港讀書怎么辦
如果高考分?jǐn)?shù)在二本左右，也可以考慮選擇副學(xué)士的形式過去讀書。讀完副學(xué)士可以繼續(xù)申請本校或者香港其他學(xué)校的本科，也可以申請海外合作院校的本科繼續(xù)讀書，最后拿到學(xué) 士學(xué)位。

二、香港本科留學(xué)申請：先參加高考
要想進(jìn)行香港本科留學(xué)申請，學(xué)生可以在填報(bào)高考志愿時填報(bào)香港的學(xué)校。學(xué)生必須參加高考，成績一般須達(dá)到“一本”以上，最好高出分?jǐn)?shù)線20~50分，英語成績良好。等高考成績出來以后，學(xué)校會根據(jù)學(xué)生的高考成績和綜合背景進(jìn)行第一批篩選，部分比較優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生將被通知參加面試，面試一律用英語，面試表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異的學(xué)生最終可以入讀香港高校。
三、香港留學(xué)申請預(yù)科：先讀兩年再報(bào)本科
學(xué)生還可參加兩年英國教育制度下的延續(xù)教育(如A-Level課程或同類型預(yù)科課程)，通過這種途徑學(xué)生可以不參加高考，一般來說接受延續(xù)教育的學(xué)生年齡段為16~18歲之間，課程分為學(xué)業(yè)路線和職業(yè)路線,學(xué)業(yè)路線著重于培養(yǎng)學(xué)術(shù)研究方面的人才，職業(yè)路線著重于培養(yǎng)專門的技能，以便日后早日參加工作。課程結(jié)束后，學(xué)生可以以英聯(lián)邦國家學(xué)生相等的資格申請香港留學(xué)學(xué)校了，在香港完成3年本科教育。

香港高校研究生院提供三種類別可以報(bào)讀,分別是授課型研究生、研究型研究生、博士生。授課型研究生是以修讀學(xué)分的形式完成院系所開設(shè)的專業(yè)課程及畢業(yè)論文;研究型研究生則以研究助理的身份攻讀部分專業(yè)課程，協(xié)助研究院完成項(xiàng)目研究，同時應(yīng)學(xué)院要求承擔(dān)一部分本科教學(xué)任務(wù)，要求申請者必須具備一定的研究能力和學(xué)術(shù)背景。

My initial interest in the petroleum industry and geosciences stemmed froman epiphany I had whilst engaged in conversation with a young, successfulDutchman in Dubai. This man was a friend of my Fathers who was discussing withme the terms of a Shell sponsorship through University, and essentially who Iwould aspire to become.
I had always known about the attractiveness of the industry which my Fatherhas been involved in for close to forty years and knew that it was where I wouldbe "destined to pursue a career"; the only question was, in which field ofwork?
I have always been fascinated by and excelled in Geography and Physics.Having achieved the Geography prize in both Higher and Standard Grade, as wellas merits in Physics. I have chosen to study Petroleum Geology/ Geosciences asit is a unique combination that will satisfy my interest and ability in bothsubjects and develop and nurture my skills to further aid my entry into theindustry.
My love of the Earth's natural Geography has long affected my ambitionsoutside of school. Skiing, scuba diving and fell running have taken me to someof the most awe inspiring places on the planet in pursuit of experiencing andseeing new things, as well as excelling my passion for travel. I have visitedthe Alps, Caucus mountains, Cancun and Dubai pursuing these activities. I alsoplay Volleyball with the Bon Accord men's team and attend weekly trainingsessions. I have also captained my schools volleyball team. Another of myinterests I adopted at an early age was athletics. I was dedicated to mytraining for five years and won many prized awards, including a Gold medal inhigh jump at the Scottish East District Championships, and fifteenth place inthe Scottish Cross Country Championships. My completion of The Duke of EdinburghAward to the extent of Gold Award is one of my most prided achievements. It hasmatured me and taught me many invaluable life skills such as the importance ofrespect, responsibility, dedication and team work. As part of my award I wasnominated after application and interview by Laurencekirk and District RotaryClub to be their representative for the 20xx R.Y.L.A young leaders' camp. Thisinvolved me spending one week with 60 other nominated "young leaders" at theAbernethy Outdoor centre participating in an abundance of team based activitiesranging from kayaking to rock climbing. This greatly improved my abilities inleadership as well as operating as part of a group in stressful situations.Another of my achievements I pride myself upon is my position as senior prefectand my awards as both prefect of the term and year. This position involves mealong with my partner leading a team of 18 prefects and helping the seniormanagement team by representing the school in various areas of the schoolsystem.
My varied record of work experiences has taught me a lot about myself andthe "real world". Being a silver service waiter and barman at Drumtochty Castle,one of Scotland's most prestigious wedding venues has greatly improved mycommunication and social skills, and my seasonal job as a potato roager hastaught me the ethic of hard work and persistence.

Acclaimed as a prodigy, I entered into one of China’s Ivy Leagueuniversities at 14 and joined the country’s topmost scientific researchinstitution as a graduate student at 19. Now an experienced engineer at 26, Iwould like to scale still higher intellectual heights by undertaking advancedstudies that I hope would put me firmly on the cutting edge of scientificdevelopment.
I have demonstrated a keen mind since my early childhood. For years, Iconsistently outperformed all of my classmates in such challenging subjects asmathematics, physics and chemistry. I was thus chosen to represent either myschool or my city in a variety of provincial and national contests of academicskills, in which I won numerous prizes. This impressive academic record put meon academic acceleration several times. That not only enabled me to finish myprimary and secondary education in eight instead of the usual twelve years butalso sent me at 14 to a privileged class for the gifted at the ChineseUniversity of Science and Technology, a major cradle of the country’s scientificand technological talents.
After two years of basic training in the gifted class, I chose electricalengineering as my major and computer software programming as my minor, convincedthat expertise in these fields would stand me in good stead in an era of China’srapid economic expansion and technological modernization. As you can see fromthe transcripts of my undergraduate grades, I excelled in both of theseareas.
Upon graduation in 1991, I won easy acceptance into the Institute ofElectronics under the Chinese Academy of Sciences and became a graduate studentat 19, when most Chinese students would be just starting their universityeducation. At this institute, I narrowed my academic interest down and focusedit on the area of human and artificial intelligence, where the courses I tookwere deliberately concentrated. It seemed to me that scientific breakthroughswould next come in this area, which made it both challenging and promising. Ilearned a whole lot about this area in the course if doing my thesis titled “TheRadio Shunting System in Railroad”, for which some experiments were conducted onthe basis of artificial intelligence.
My solid education paid off in my ability to take on a variety ofresponsibilities in China’s burgeoning software industry. After I obtained myMaster’s Degree in Engineering in 1994, I first took up a job with atelecommunication company, where I managed a trunk communication system thatresembled the cellular wireless system. A year later, I joined a softwarecompany to develop CMIS program for China’s Post and TelecommunicationsMinistry. It was a large project, and I made crucial contribution to it byindependently developing and finalizing one subsystem, which proved to be asignificant success and won me profuse appreciation from users. After thecompletion of that project, I have been working for the Japan Brother Ltd. inthe area of software development.
The relative smooth path of my career notwithstanding, I have not had achance to lead a major project, although I have always finished my part of everyproject immaculately. In spite of all my achievements, I feel that I have nottaken the full advantages of my intellectual capabilities. I now wish to pursuestill more advanced studies and thereby obtain an advanced degree so that I canopen more doors and shoulder greater responsibilities.
I believe I have acquired the necessary theoretical framework andsufficient practical experience for further studies. My ability to teach myselfand conduct independent research allows me to attain competence quickly in areasthat I may at first know very little about. I never work just to finish anassignment, but instead I always try conscientiously to improve my knowledge andexpertise through the work I do. In this fashion, I have become seasoned in suchfields as trunking system (telecommunications) and CMIS system (software). Thisquality should help me as I seek to further upgrade my education, particularlyif I have ready access to the seasoned guidance of a strong faculty and theconvenience of state-of-the-art research facilities.
The University of Idaho is well known for its excellence in the E. E field,complete with an accomplished faculty and modern research resources. Theseshould set a good stage for me to exercise my keen mental power and diligence.If I am accepted, I am confident that I can make quick progress in the E. Efield, especially in the areas of artificial intelligence, image processing,wireless communication, neural network and computer networking, which have manycharacteristics in common and share many important principles. 1.完成選校
完成選校，所要考慮的無非是要思考兩點(diǎn)：目標(biāo)專業(yè)和學(xué)校。通過前期的了解，相信同學(xué)們七月里基本就可以確定下自己的的目標(biāo)專業(yè)和學(xué)校了。
這就需要童鞋們在完成選校前，一定確定以下幾件事：
同一個專業(yè)下，可能有多個Program。每個Program，課程側(cè)重、培養(yǎng)方案有區(qū)別，同學(xué)一定不要光看名稱，就確定是否申請?jiān)搶I(yè)。
一定要進(jìn)入課程主頁，認(rèn)真閱讀課程介紹、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、畢業(yè)生去向等信息，仔細(xì)閱讀、了解后再做決定。確保已經(jīng)閱讀目標(biāo)專業(yè)課程官網(wǎng)，了解課程設(shè)置、培養(yǎng)方案等，與自己預(yù)想的一致。
務(wù)必記錄下該專業(yè)的招生要求，如本科專業(yè)、語言分?jǐn)?shù)等。
確定自己符合目標(biāo)專業(yè)的申請背景基本要求，即工作經(jīng)歷、本科專業(yè)背景。(這里說的不是語言成績，主要指確認(rèn)該專業(yè)對申請者有無工作經(jīng)歷或本科專業(yè)限制)了解專業(yè)語言要求和往年錄取情況，并以此制定語言考試目標(biāo)分?jǐn)?shù)。(建議同學(xué)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)查詢、咨詢往年錄取情況，對申請成功率有一個大致的了解)
2.語言備考
無論之前有無考試準(zhǔn)備或了解，建議是現(xiàn)在就一定要開始語言考試準(zhǔn)備了。
必考語言：雅思或托福
港校的部分學(xué)校和專業(yè)是接受六級的，單申請的學(xué)校專業(yè)都非常少!還是建議考雅思或者托福。(兩者任選一個即可，無明確偏向)。
部分專業(yè)必考：gmat
港大、科大、港中文的所有商科專業(yè)，一般而言均需GMAT成績。如果有申請商科相關(guān)打算，建議是要同時計(jì)劃GMAT備考。
備考計(jì)劃
對于語言的'備考時間，很難有一個準(zhǔn)確的答案，和同學(xué)的英語基礎(chǔ)、目標(biāo)分?jǐn)?shù)有關(guān)都有聯(lián)系。例如雅思，一般而言，從正式開始準(zhǔn)備到參加考試，2-3個月的時間比較合適。時間太長，容易疲勞，效率變低;時間太短，太匆忙，不宜考出理想分?jǐn)?shù)。
3.背景提升
實(shí)習(xí)、學(xué)�？蒲许�(xiàng)目
這一項(xiàng)主要適用于大三的學(xué)生。暑假期間，同學(xué)可以參加相關(guān)實(shí)習(xí)、參與相關(guān)科研項(xiàng)目，提升背景。
4.完善計(jì)劃
在校生在制定申請計(jì)劃時，一定要結(jié)合自身情況，可以參考新學(xué)期課程表，在計(jì)劃時要考慮當(dāng)月的課余時間，對申請計(jì)劃進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整。
已工作的同學(xué)，一邊工作一邊準(zhǔn)備申請，制定的計(jì)劃也要考慮工作的安排，根據(jù)工作計(jì)劃，對申請計(jì)劃進(jìn)行具體調(diào)整。
