雅思地圖題中可用的摩登句型

  近年的雅思寫作考試地圖題頻出,這不得不讓大家為雅思考官出題不平衡性的思路而著急,但咱們還是專心備考,YJBYS小編在這給大家介紹一些“地圖題”當(dāng)中非常優(yōu)秀的句型,本文根據(jù)雅思《官方指南》總結(jié)。

  請(qǐng)看下面一幅地理“變遷類”地圖題:

雅思寫作:地圖題

  寫作中,第一幅圖為靜態(tài)地理位置描寫,并不算難;但當(dāng)描述到第二幅圖的時(shí)候,許多同學(xué)徒有一些表示“擴(kuò)建”“縮減”“被替代”的詞匯,卻不知道到底如何寫出高分句子,F(xiàn)在就是用句型讓他們發(fā)揮作用的時(shí)刻了,快,我們一起來精讀一段范文吧:

  In the present-day town, a great deal changed.

  分析:主題句,概述這個(gè)小鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)歷了很大的變遷。

  Perhaps the most noticeable change are those relating to transportation. Our modern-day needs are very different and so the roads have been improved and traffic lights, aroundabout and a zebra crossing have been added, as well as an extra road. Increased trafficmeans that a car park has now replaced Goode Farm and the fields that are located at the topof the 1700 map.

  分析:此段首先采用被動(dòng)語態(tài),最顯客觀。分別用‘have been done’的結(jié)構(gòu),即現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)搭配被動(dòng)語態(tài),一舉通吃,描述道路被修繕了,安全島和斑馬線被增建了,時(shí)態(tài)和句型都有加分。其后,一個(gè)停車場(chǎng)取代了原來的Goode農(nóng)場(chǎng),此處句式進(jìn)行變化,回歸主動(dòng)的敘述,A取代B的句型,毫無重復(fù)。這一段,我們積累的必備句型為被動(dòng)式:A have been v-ed (eg. added/removed etc.) 主動(dòng)式:B have replaced C

  Housing is another area where many changes have been made. While in 1700 there werefew houses, now there are rows of houses and a block of flats instead of the stables.

  分析:總起“房屋是另一個(gè)變化所在”,然后采取時(shí)間前后對(duì)比描述,’While in XX there were..., nowthere are...’ 一前一后的對(duì)比,十分清晰,這同樣可以作為重點(diǎn)句型的積累,但是特別注意描述過去的情況用過去時(shí),描述現(xiàn)在的情況回到一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)。

  A further development is the supermarket and the hotel, which have been extended.

  分析:前面已經(jīng)用過對(duì)比句型,為了避免重復(fù),范文再次為小烤鴨指引航向,一個(gè)非限定性定語從句:’..., which has/have been...’的結(jié)構(gòu),將變化之處再次明確表達(dá)出來,讓人眼前一亮。此句可總結(jié)為’Afurther development is the..., which have been...’
