I graduated from this university last year，and major in computer science，I liked computer very much，especially in multimedia technology，and wanted to make some achievement in this field，but when I finished my school.
Well，in my spare time，I like soccer，pop music，and stamp，being a soccer fan，I always show my love to Manchester United and Ryan Giggs is my favorite. I also like English very much，and had passed Band si_ this year，but I do think it‘s still a long way to study it，so I wouldn’t give up my English studying，and improve my oral and listening ability.

面試中必不可少的一個環(huán)節(jié)就是自我介紹，而自我介紹的時間一般是1～3分鐘，如何在這短短的時間內(nèi)讓導(dǎo)師對你印象深刻，認為你不錯，決定留你呢？我總結(jié)了以下原則和方法，希望能給大家?guī)硇┰S幫助。
一、原則
1.形象
第一眼的印象主要是形象，盡量給人一種精干的感覺。女同學(xué)可以化點淡妝，不做硬性要求，長頭發(fā)的話盡量扎起來；男同學(xué)把胡子刮干凈。著裝方面得體就可以，不一定要正裝。還有一點要格外注意的是，時刻提醒自己挺胸直背，長時間的玩手機，學(xué)習(xí)等，造成了很多學(xué)生都有些許的駝背。
2.言語
交流說話時，語速要不快不慢，不急不躁，咬字清晰，不要夾帶鼻音。導(dǎo)師說話時，不論他說的對錯，即使是批評你，也要心平氣和，不要打斷對方說話，等導(dǎo)師說完后，再慢慢說。面帶微笑，讓導(dǎo)師覺得你樂觀自信，說話要有邏輯性，簡潔明了，可以分點闡述。
二、自我介紹方法
1.基本信息
開頭先簡單介紹自己的基本信息，讓老師有個宏觀印象。
可以這樣介紹：尊敬的.各位老師，上午（下午）好，很榮幸能有機會參加這次面試，我叫XX，本科就讀于XX大學(xué)，初試成績是XX，在校期間通過了英語四六級考試（如果六級沒過，就忽略這點），獲得了XX證書，XX獎項，平時生活中喜歡XX（愛好，可以忽略）。
2.個人經(jīng)歷
著重介紹一下自己本科所參與過的課題或項目或比賽，如果沒有的話，可以講一下自己本科畢業(yè)論文的課題。
這個要特別注意邏輯條例，例如可以這樣介紹：本科期間曾參與XX課題，主要目標(biāo)是為了實現(xiàn)XX/實驗?zāi)康氖荴X，我通過采用XX方式/方法，（這一點可以稍詳細點），最終實現(xiàn)了XX，提高了XX，獲得了XX。
3.未來規(guī)劃/選擇理由
如果未來有讀博的計劃的話，可以講未來規(guī)劃，一般導(dǎo)師是很希望自己學(xué)生讀博的。如果沒有的話，可以說說選擇XX學(xué)校的理由。

I am very glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is abc，25 years old. I come from Weifang，a beautiful city of Shandong Province. I graduated from Commercial College in July，20xx and major in finance. Then，I was a teacher in abc，When I was a senior school student，I am interested in thought and began to read a certain classic work of Mar_ism，especially I finished reading “the florilegium of Mao Ze Dong”。 From then on，I have dabbled in more and more theoretical works and accumulated great interests in theory study，especially in Mar_ism.
