惜墨如金
簡(jiǎn)歷雖短,但卻是對(duì) 求職 者語言駕轅能力的一種考驗(yàn)。一份理想的簡(jiǎn)歷應(yīng)該在有限的時(shí)間內(nèi)向 招聘 者傳達(dá)最為有效的信息。最好的辦法是了解 招聘 單位的需求,對(duì)癥下藥,準(zhǔn)確的介紹自己的相關(guān)優(yōu)勢(shì)。方法有二:避免段落過長(每段不應(yīng)超過6到7行);多用動(dòng)詞,省略第一人稱“我”,避免過于主觀的“宣布式”口氣。

文如其人
簡(jiǎn)歷是求職者的臉面,用人單位通常會(huì)以簡(jiǎn)歷為窗口判斷是否向求職者發(fā)出 面試 通知。一份簡(jiǎn)歷的成功不僅取決于你說了什么,而且取決于你怎么說。
1、反復(fù)閱讀簡(jiǎn)歷,避免出現(xiàn)語法錯(cuò)誤或拼寫錯(cuò)誤。注意細(xì)節(jié)的表述,以免產(chǎn)生不必要的誤會(huì)。
2、努力使簡(jiǎn)歷悅目。留白可以使頁面顯得干凈整潔。最理想的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是上下留白1厘米,左右留白1.25厘米。如果把所有內(nèi)容都堆到一個(gè)頁面上,閱讀者就會(huì)感到壓抑。避免求新求異,字體的選擇最好能具有專業(yè)水準(zhǔn)。
3、如果需要把簡(jiǎn)歷備分,在復(fù)印時(shí)一定要保證清晰整潔。即便是最好的簡(jiǎn)歷也可能被馬虎的復(fù)印員搞的一塌糊涂。因此,最好請(qǐng)專業(yè)拷貝員來復(fù)印你的文件。 五、目標(biāo) 目標(biāo) 目標(biāo)
注意強(qiáng)調(diào)自己能為目標(biāo)公司帶來哪些收益。如果你應(yīng)聘的公司有很多職位空缺,不妨把重點(diǎn)放在目標(biāo)職位上。剔除那些毫無益處的細(xì)節(jié),無用信息只會(huì)在浪費(fèi)自己精力的同時(shí)浪費(fèi)別人的時(shí)間。
1、不用過多涉及個(gè)人信息,比如年齡、身高、婚姻狀況。這種信息用人單位并不關(guān)心。
2、對(duì)于興趣愛好的介紹只需局限在那些與目標(biāo)職位有關(guān)的范圍內(nèi)。如果想介紹自己的工作經(jīng)歷,千萬不要把兩者柔到一塊。
3、“如有要求,資料另附”的字樣應(yīng)該被省略。大多數(shù)招聘者會(huì)認(rèn)為你想出示更多的證明,他們會(huì)因此而向你提出一大堆煩瑣的要求。
4、盡量避免所謂的“目標(biāo)”陳述——如果你非要闡述自己的目標(biāo),那最好說的具體些,像“想發(fā)揮自己的市場(chǎng)專長”或“尋找一個(gè)更有挑戰(zhàn)性的工作”這樣的套詞還是不說為妙。
