我們要先站在招聘者的角度上考慮簡歷郵件，有些招聘者確實具有出色的英文能力，但是這樣的招聘者少，如果英文能力已經(jīng)達(dá)到一個出色的'地步那么他們完全可以尋找更好的崗位，像一些英文翻譯類的工作薪酬肯定是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于人力資源職員的薪酬。所以絕大多數(shù)的情況是招聘者看不懂英文簡歷，根本就不會去閱讀這份英文簡歷，只是知道你制作了一份英文簡歷，認(rèn)為你的英文水平大概還可以�？傊⑽暮啔v主要起到的作用還是一個襯托性作用，對于面試的概率影響也是非常小的，基本上沒有任何影響，不會因為你有英文簡歷而想錄取你，也不會因為你沒有英文簡歷而不錄取你。
實際上英文簡歷并沒有多大的作用，當(dāng)然排除那些需要英文實際能力的崗位或者企業(yè)之外，剩下的企業(yè)和崗位根本就沒有對這方面有過高的要求。我們更不要在簡歷郵件上呈現(xiàn)出英文，而應(yīng)該全部使用中文格式包括附件，當(dāng)然你也可以額外添加一份英文簡歷附件。
