一般情況下, 簡(jiǎn)歷 的長(zhǎng)度以一張A4紙為限; 簡(jiǎn)歷 越長(zhǎng),被認(rèn)真閱讀的可能性越小。高級(jí)人才在某些時(shí)候可以準(zhǔn)備2頁(yè)以上的 簡(jiǎn)歷 ,但是也需要在簡(jiǎn)歷的開(kāi)頭部分有簡(jiǎn)潔清楚的資歷概述,以方便閱讀者在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)掌握基本情況,產(chǎn)生進(jìn)一步仔細(xì)閱讀的愿望。

清晰原則
清晰的目的就是要便于閱讀。就象是制作一份平面廣告作品一樣,簡(jiǎn)歷排版時(shí)需要綜合考慮字體大小、行和段的間距、重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容的突出等因素。很多簡(jiǎn)歷采用表格的形式,西博認(rèn)為有所不妥。

如果A公司要求你具備相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和良好的銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī),您在簡(jiǎn)歷中清楚地陳述了有關(guān)的經(jīng)歷和事實(shí)并且把它們放在比較突出的位置,這就是針對(duì)性;如果B公司要求你具備良好的 英語(yǔ) 口語(yǔ)能力,您在簡(jiǎn)歷中描述了自己做過(guò)業(yè)余涉外商務(wù) 翻譯 的經(jīng)歷,這就是針對(duì)性;如果C公司明確要求應(yīng)聘者具備成都市五城區(qū)戶(hù)口,您在簡(jiǎn)歷中說(shuō)明自己是成都市錦江區(qū)居民,這就是針對(duì)性。

客觀(guān)性原則
“我是個(gè)工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)而且認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的人,在過(guò)去的工作經(jīng)歷中我有著十分出色的工作表現(xiàn)”。在許多人的簡(jiǎn)歷中常?梢钥吹筋(lèi)似的句子。
或許您說(shuō)的沒(méi)錯(cuò),但理智的人事經(jīng)理們沒(méi)有理由要相信您的主觀(guān)表白。
所以,簡(jiǎn)歷上應(yīng)該提供客觀(guān)的可以證明或者佐證您的資歷、能力的事實(shí)、數(shù)據(jù)。比如,“2001年因銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī)排名第一獲得公司嘉獎(jiǎng)”,或者“因?yàn)樵谀衬炒黉N(xiāo)活動(dòng)中表現(xiàn)出良好的協(xié)調(diào)組織能力而獲得主管經(jīng)理贊揚(yáng)”。后一個(gè)例子雖然客觀(guān)性也有欠缺,但畢竟是別人贊揚(yáng)的啊。
為了盡可能地客觀(guān),您的簡(jiǎn)歷甚至要避免使用第一人稱(chēng)--“我”。
真實(shí)性原則
不要試圖編造工作經(jīng)歷或者業(yè)績(jī),謊言不會(huì)讓你走得太遠(yuǎn)。多數(shù)的謊言在 面試 過(guò)程中就會(huì)被識(shí)破,更何況許多大公司(特別是外企)在提供OFFER前會(huì)根據(jù)簡(jiǎn)歷和相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行背景調(diào)查。
