浪潮電子設(shè)備有限公司負(fù)責(zé)招聘市場營銷人員的亢先生說,他們在招聘的時候曾經(jīng)收到過外表很有個性的求職簡歷,但是這并不影響他們對人才的選擇。外表與眾不同的簡歷的確能夠吸引他們的視線,但他們看重的不是簡歷的形式,而是簡歷的內(nèi)容,雖然形式有時候也能反應(yīng)一個人的思維方式,但內(nèi)容更能表現(xiàn)一個人所具備的基本素質(zhì)。如果簡歷做得很漂亮而內(nèi)容卻一般,他們通常是不會選擇的。貴和商廈人力資源部的李女士也表達(dá)了同樣的觀點(diǎn)。
用人單位關(guān)心哪些信息

誠信是金
為了給自己的簡歷增添說服力,有些學(xué)生將別人的獲獎證書換上自己的名字復(fù)印后加到自己的簡歷中。這樣做似乎可以使自己看起來更優(yōu)秀,卻不是明智之舉,甚至?xí)屪约哄e失良機(jī)。因為正規(guī)的用人單位在面試的時候會讓畢業(yè)生拿各種證書的原件進(jìn)行驗證,一旦用人單位發(fā)現(xiàn)證書有假,會有一種被愚弄的感覺,哪怕是各方面都很優(yōu)秀的畢業(yè)生也會被用人單位毫不留情地拒之門外。在這個講究誠信的社會,誠信是做人第一步,它更能扣職業(yè)的大門。
除了以上幾個方面,很多用人單位非常注意從簡歷的細(xì)節(jié)之處發(fā)現(xiàn)人的優(yōu)點(diǎn),比如,版面簡捷大方的簡歷說明求職者熟悉辦公軟件的使用;語言流暢,沒有錯別字的簡歷不僅說明求職者文字表達(dá)水平比較高,更說明求職者具有認(rèn)真、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)淖黠L(fēng)。
