不僅是初級(jí)員工,包括很多高級(jí)人才和職業(yè)經(jīng)理人,在面試中與多個(gè)面試官交談變得越來越普遍。其實(shí)很多人面對(duì)這種情況,都是懷著惶恐的心情對(duì)待這種小組面試,其實(shí)不必這樣。如果你有充足的準(zhǔn)備,這種面試反而能夠成為一種非常有效和有益的過程。
1、關(guān)注小組面試的積極方面
