如果你是名牌大學(xué)畢業(yè)生,那就盡量突出你畢業(yè)的學(xué)校;若是你所學(xué)的專業(yè)與應(yīng)聘的工作內(nèi)容非常對口,那就盡量突出你的專業(yè)背景;如果你學(xué)歷背景沒有優(yōu)勢,那就想方設(shè)法在經(jīng)驗上勝人一籌,好好挖掘自己的經(jīng)驗,比如你參與過的所有社會實踐、活動、所研究過的課題等,盡量找出那些足以證明你的經(jīng)驗優(yōu)勢的信息來。

遞簡歷時巧用心思
第一,給對方簡歷前,要盡量多地提前做些功課,好好上網(wǎng)查查招聘企業(yè)的資料,并針對性地修改簡歷,然后再去那個企業(yè)應(yīng)聘。
第二,在企業(yè)招聘會現(xiàn)場給企業(yè)遞交簡歷時,要選擇人不是很多、很亂的`時候,要爭取多跟用人單位聊聊,增加對方的印象,最好能讓對方把你的簡歷做上重點標(biāo)注或者當(dāng)時決定約你什么時間去公司再次面試,否則你的簡歷極有可能被淹沒在一堆競爭者的簡歷當(dāng)中永無出頭之日。
第三,多準(zhǔn)備一些自己覺得比較滿意、能體現(xiàn)你的氣質(zhì)的近照,在給對方簡歷的同時也附上你的照片,這會加深對方對你印象。
第四,還應(yīng)該盡量選擇好要應(yīng)聘的職位,找把握最大的職位應(yīng)聘,不要對同一個公司應(yīng)聘好多個不同的職位,那樣用人單位會覺得你定位不清楚,不是專業(yè)人才。
