包括頁眉部分、教育背景、工作經(jīng)歷和個人資料四部分。如果已經(jīng)有全職工作了,一定把工作經(jīng)歷放在前面(即"頁眉部分之后");如果您目前還是在校學(xué)生,應(yīng)該把教育背景放在前面。舉個例子,一個美國商學(xué)院的畢業(yè)生,在一個很大的`公司里工作了三年,不斷得到提升,從未換過工作。由于新?lián)Q了老板,他想換個工作,獵頭讓他把簡歷傳過去,傳過去后幾天遲遲沒有消息,他問為什么,獵頭左找右找,終于在學(xué)生類的簡歷里找到了他的簡歷。原來,他用的是學(xué)生簡歷的格式,被當(dāng)作了在校生。所以,作為在職人員,若把教育背景放在前面,人家會對你很不重視。
