做英文簡(jiǎn)歷對(duì)于大學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)難度還真不小，因?yàn)檫@不僅僅只有翻譯這個(gè)問題，還涉及到英文簡(jiǎn)歷的特殊要求，那么大學(xué)生應(yīng)該怎么做好英文簡(jiǎn)歷?首先必須做到四個(gè)不，在簡(jiǎn)歷里堅(jiān)決執(zhí)行這些原則以此提升簡(jiǎn)歷的質(zhì)量。
不要在英文簡(jiǎn)歷里出現(xiàn)意義不大或者和工作崗位、學(xué)習(xí)、專業(yè)等無(wú)關(guān)的東西，外國(guó)人最在乎簡(jiǎn)潔性所以他們不希望看到復(fù)雜的東西，如果一封簡(jiǎn)歷里什么東西都有那么不是顯得太復(fù)雜了嗎?起碼具有的`東西要跟應(yīng)聘相關(guān)，否則會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響外國(guó)人對(duì)你的看法，會(huì)認(rèn)為你做事太過于復(fù)雜而且做了很多無(wú)意義的事情，如此做工作能做得又快又好嗎?
不要在簡(jiǎn)歷里加上任何人稱代詞，不管是第一人稱還是第二、三人稱，因?yàn)檫@些人稱代詞沒有意義，而且簡(jiǎn)歷是從你的角度說(shuō)的所以不需要將別人拿出來(lái)做證明。同時(shí)，少了人稱代詞不是令簡(jiǎn)歷顯得更為簡(jiǎn)潔嗎?因?yàn)椴挥瞄喿x這些無(wú)用的詞語(yǔ)，而且簡(jiǎn)歷篇幅也因此變短了，閱讀的速度也變快了。
不要在個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷里亂用單詞縮寫，如果按照慣例某個(gè)詞語(yǔ)可以采用縮寫形式，那你就應(yīng)該使用縮寫因?yàn)榇蠹叶剂?xí)慣了，如果你不用縮寫反而會(huì)令人有些不明白。但是不要自己將一些名稱采用縮寫形式展現(xiàn)出來(lái)，因?yàn)閯e人根本不知道你所寫的幾個(gè)字母代表什么意思。
不要在簡(jiǎn)歷里使用過多的長(zhǎng)句，因?yàn)殚喿x長(zhǎng)句不僅容易引人疲憊，還需要一定的理解能力才行，因?yàn)殚L(zhǎng)句需要將其前后聯(lián)系起來(lái)才能知道整個(gè)句子的意思。
