面試后應(yīng)該說(shuō)的話
當(dāng)面試官在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)完成了一切面試工作后,他總會(huì)禮貌地請(qǐng)你回去等候通知。一般來(lái)說(shuō),你總會(huì)說(shuō)聲謝謝,然后不卑不亢故作鎮(zhèn)靜地走開(kāi),然而事實(shí)上你在回家的路上已經(jīng)在開(kāi)始焦急地等待回音,就像一個(gè)沒(méi)有經(jīng)濟(jì)來(lái)源的女人愛(ài)上了一個(gè)不回家的男人———“初見(jiàn)那時(shí)美麗的相約……愿意承受這樣的輸贏結(jié)果……依然無(wú)怨無(wú)悔期待你的出現(xiàn)……”
可是,如果你在說(shuō)聲“謝謝”之前再說(shuō)上一句變被動(dòng)為主動(dòng)的.話,你的等待至少不會(huì)漫漫無(wú)期。
“你能給我這份工作嗎?”
據(jù)說(shuō),有很多人是因?yàn)樵诿嬖嚱Y(jié)束時(shí)勇敢地問(wèn)了這個(gè)問(wèn)題或是諸如此類(lèi)的問(wèn)題,最終得到了那份工作。也許是這樣的勇敢打動(dòng)了老板;也許是這份執(zhí)著熱切讓老板不好意思再拒絕。也許根本就是運(yùn)氣———但不管如何,在聽(tīng)完了面試官對(duì)那份工作的描述后,你可以張口說(shuō)出這句話,你將得到的最壞答復(fù)就是“不行”或是“我們需要時(shí)間對(duì)所有的面試者進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估”。
“我最晚什么時(shí)候能得到回音?”
面試完后,面對(duì)你的勇敢,面試官也許會(huì)說(shuō),“我們需要時(shí)間考慮”或是“我們會(huì)打電話給你約第二次面試時(shí)間”。為了掌握主動(dòng),你可繼續(xù)你的問(wèn)題,因?yàn)槟阆胫雷顗牡慕Y(jié)果。也許,面試官會(huì)說(shuō):“不會(huì)有什么回音了。”你或許會(huì)心痛或許會(huì)落荒而逃,但你不得不承認(rèn),至少這位面試官是認(rèn)真而誠(chéng)實(shí)的,你也可以重開(kāi)爐灶全力以赴地準(zhǔn)備下一次面試。
“如果因?yàn)榉N種原因你沒(méi)有在最后期限通知我,我可以聯(lián)系你嗎?”
也許面試官會(huì)因?yàn)檫@樣的問(wèn)題惱火,但大部分人會(huì)理解你的心情,知道自己一旦忙起來(lái)會(huì)顧不上與你的約定。如果這樣,你主動(dòng)聯(lián)系他也是對(duì)他的工作的幫助。當(dāng)然如果他們對(duì)你不感興趣,他們也一定會(huì)給出暗示:他們只是在敷衍你。
“你能否介紹一些其他可能對(duì)我感興趣的人?”
如果你知道你已被拒絕,不妨問(wèn)出這個(gè)問(wèn)題,或許會(huì)有一份意外的收獲。要知道,大部分面試官都與人為善且愿意互相幫助,很可能他不需要你,而他的一位正求賢若渴的朋友剛好需要你。
在勇敢地問(wèn)出你的問(wèn)題后,仔細(xì)地記錄下可能存在的約定,并誠(chéng)懇地對(duì)面試官為你多化費(fèi)時(shí)間表示感謝,最后離開(kāi);丶液,整理一下思緒,今天的求職工作結(jié)束———且慢,還有最后一件事,寫(xiě)一封感謝信寄出,這是面試過(guò)程的最后一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。
