寫好英文簡歷的8個方法
引言： 職場如戰(zhàn)場，往往為爭奪一個仰慕已久的職位，有千里走單騎的斗志昂揚(yáng)，有奮發(fā)圖強(qiáng)的躊躇滿志，卻被萬人爭個獨(dú)木橋的魚死網(wǎng)破擊碎夢想。去外企工作更是如此。據(jù)幾位著名外企的HR經(jīng)理透露，中國職員在應(yīng)聘面試時，英文簡歷雖然是他們進(jìn)入外企業(yè)的“敲門磚”，但是卻很少有人能夠在簡歷里出奇制勝�？偨Y(jié)了一下大致出現(xiàn)以下情況：
語句多為中國式英文，缺乏一定的語境。
拐彎抹角的說法太多，不言簡意賅。
職位和薪資待遇情況，表達(dá)不清楚。
比較死板機(jī)械，缺乏有特點(diǎn)與讓人記憶深刻的簡歷。
針對以上的情況，英語職業(yè)顧問George Baily (UK) 教給大家8種制勝的英文簡歷寫法。希望能給職場進(jìn)階人士一些參考：
1：為什么要用英文寫簡歷呢?主要是向招聘單位因?yàn)檎故灸愕挠⑽某潭龋愀獾挠⑽闹粫o招聘單位留下不好的印象。這有一些需要注意的方面：
A、單詞大寫
B、句子標(biāo)點(diǎn)
C、空間比例
D、語法時態(tài)
E、動詞用法
F、單詞選擇
G、單詞拼寫
如果你不了解以上說法的意思，很可能你已經(jīng)在以上方面做錯了!
2. 最簡單的但是是最重要的一條是：不要依賴電腦翻譯，及任何從中文翻譯到英文的軟件。這種雜混在一起的英文是非�？植赖�，會讓你的簡歷直接放到公司的碎紙機(jī)里。
3. 即使你是一位英文水平很高的'人，你也會不自覺的出錯，畢竟你的母語不是英語。最好的辦法就是讓一位英語為母語的人士來幫助你修改簡歷。由英語為母語的人士給你的簡歷做個修改，你的簡歷的譴詞造句會大有不同。
4. 在書寫你的英文簡歷時，請不要簡單的翻譯你的中文版本;比如在中文中我們的書寫習(xí)慣是：“2007/08-2008/06”，但在英語人士看起來就很突兀，符合英文習(xí)慣的寫法是：“September 2008 – July 2008”.
5. 在申請工作時，請留心你選擇的英文名。如果你潛在的雇主是從英語國家而來，那這一點(diǎn)就尤其重要。不要選擇諸如“Bobo”, “Fifi”, “Lala”的名字，除非你想設(shè)計(jì)這樣卡通的形象。同樣也不要創(chuàng)造一些名字，如“Brinty” “Gindrom”—— 最好使用在英語中存在的名字。也不要選擇諸如“Mountain”“Pencil”“Apple”這在英語中聽起來很傻。
總之最好的方法還是從英語為母語的人士中獲得建議—— 這也是我想重復(fù)的。
6. 在你的英文簡歷中，你可能會談及你的英文程度。注意!比如“fluent”是個非常模糊的詞語，往往暗示你的英文接近完美，而這是很難的!
7. 格式規(guī)范。你必須規(guī)范你的簡歷，一份美觀，容易閱讀，突出重點(diǎn)的簡歷是很讓人影響深刻的�？斩吹恼Z言很難解釋怎樣才能做好，上網(wǎng)查查“簡歷格式，范例”或“resume formatting examples”可以給你很好的啟示。記住，你的簡歷就是你的個人廣告，你是否能從成堆的簡歷中脫穎而出就決定于此。
8. 用英語寫作要考慮英語的文化。
在英語中直白的語言更能提供與人參考;你是否在你的簡歷中有如下的描述呢?“I feel happy!”“I am the best! ”“I will surprise you!” “I had a good relationship with everyone and never received criticism!”以上的語言只能說明你很愛你自己，而不能留下職業(yè)的印象。
諸如“good, nice, useful, interesting”這類表達(dá)很弱的詞語是不需要出現(xiàn)在英語簡歷中的。
