教你在面試中“察顏觀色”
要提高求職的成功率,除了必要的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)和面試準(zhǔn)備、良好的心理素質(zhì)和合適的儀表等不可或缺的.要素外,求職者還要學(xué)會(huì)在面試時(shí)候“察顏觀色”。
在面試中,單位和求職者直接見(jiàn)面,形成了一個(gè)人際互動(dòng)的局面,求職者學(xué)會(huì)如何看懂對(duì)方的“臉色”,也是求職過(guò)程中不可忽視的一項(xiàng)能力。因?yàn)槊嬖嚬僭谂c求職者交談過(guò)程中,他的臉色、神態(tài)和舉止也相應(yīng)地表達(dá)了他的想法和意圖。
有時(shí)候,求職者在面試中介紹自身的某個(gè)特長(zhǎng),面試官卻不時(shí)地移開(kāi)目光,那么他很可能對(duì)求職者的介紹并沒(méi)有特別在意或沒(méi)有興趣,求職者應(yīng)當(dāng)盡快跳過(guò),看是否還有值得向他介紹的其他信息。有時(shí),面試官一再詢(xún)問(wèn)求職者是否擁有英語(yǔ)四六級(jí)、計(jì)算機(jī)或其他門(mén)類(lèi)等級(jí)證書(shū)等,很顯然,該公司著重想招聘的是復(fù)合型的人才,求職者應(yīng)該把獲得的證書(shū)一個(gè)不少地展示出來(lái),把自身的特長(zhǎng)一一介紹出來(lái)。
再如,求職者在表述出自己的薪水和待遇等方面的要求后,對(duì)方面露難色,或者是態(tài)度沒(méi)有剛才自然,那么說(shuō)明對(duì)方在這個(gè)問(wèn)題上持保留意見(jiàn)。假如低于這個(gè)薪水,求職者確實(shí)感到不甚滿(mǎn)意,可以直接說(shuō)出來(lái),看對(duì)方如何對(duì)答。假如這個(gè)職位在發(fā)展前景上很有潛力,那么求職者在此時(shí)就應(yīng)該巧妙地表示愿意放低一點(diǎn)要求,從而避免僅僅因薪水問(wèn)題上的小小分歧而錯(cuò)過(guò)一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的職位。當(dāng)然,想真正解讀出對(duì)方的心意,有時(shí)不能只聽(tīng)他說(shuō)了哪些話(huà),更要緊地是看他是如何表述這些話(huà)的。這點(diǎn)需要求職者盡量多到求職場(chǎng)上“實(shí)戰(zhàn)”,才能更好地把握“察顏觀色”這項(xiàng)求職技能。
