第一種是騙錢陷阱。
騙取錢財(cái)是最常見的,在招聘各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都可能出現(xiàn),讓人防不勝防。一些“黑中介”通常要求大學(xué)生上崗前交報(bào)名費(fèi)、注冊費(fèi)、押金等,收了錢后,則給大學(xué)生一份無法在期限內(nèi)完成的工作,或?qū)ふ腋鞣N理由不安排工作。一些“皮包公司”在面試大學(xué)生后,會要求其參加所謂上崗培訓(xùn),并要交培訓(xùn)費(fèi),最后以培訓(xùn)沒通過的.理由開脫。
第二種是騙力陷阱。
一些不良企業(yè)看準(zhǔn)大學(xué)生法律意識不強(qiáng),強(qiáng)迫其加班加點(diǎn),甚至克扣工資。有的以試用期為借口,免費(fèi)使用求職者一段時(shí)間后,找理由拒付薪酬。
第三種是傳銷陷阱。
從中國民間反傳銷協(xié)會志愿者處了解到,每到暑期、年關(guān)這兩個(gè)時(shí)間段,陷入傳銷組織的大學(xué)生就會成倍增加,其中許多人符合“網(wǎng)戀—異地見面—見面后被人身控制—陷入傳銷組織”這一特征。
