進(jìn)入面試場合時(shí)不要緊張。如門關(guān)著，應(yīng)先敲門，得到允許后再進(jìn)去。開關(guān)門動(dòng)作要輕，哪怕是假裝，也要表現(xiàn)得從容自然。見面時(shí)要向招聘者主動(dòng)打招呼并給他們一個(gè)大大的微笑，問好示意時(shí)稱呼應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)皿w。在用人單位沒有請(qǐng)你坐下時(shí)，不要當(dāng)成在家里想坐就坐，請(qǐng)你坐下時(shí)，不要忘記道聲“謝謝”。坐下后保持良好體態(tài)，切忌大大咧咧，左顧右盼，滿不在乎，以免引起招聘者的`“特別關(guān)注”。離去時(shí)應(yīng)詢問“還有什么要問的嗎”，不過不要繼續(xù)在后面加一句“沒有我可走了啊”，要在得到允許后應(yīng)微笑起立，道謝并說“再見”。
對(duì)用人單位的問題要逐一回答——對(duì)方給你介紹情況時(shí)，要認(rèn)真聆聽。為了表示你已聽懂并感興趣，可以在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候點(diǎn)頭或適當(dāng)提問、答話�；卮鹬髟囌叩膯栴}，別和人家說方言，聲音不能和打雷一樣大也不能和蚊子一樣小，答話要簡練、完整。一般情況下不要打斷用人單位的問話或搶問搶答，否則你這個(gè)人急躁、魯莽、不禮貌的印象基本上就已經(jīng)被人家確定了。問話完畢，聽不懂時(shí)可要求重復(fù)。當(dāng)不能回答某一問題時(shí)，應(yīng)如實(shí)告訴用人單位，含糊其辭和胡吹亂侃什么的就不要出現(xiàn)了，只要一說出口，肯定馬上面試結(jié)束。對(duì)重復(fù)的問題也要有耐心，不要表現(xiàn)出不耐煩。
在整個(gè)面試過程中，把平時(shí)保持的文雅大方的舉止，謙虛謹(jǐn)慎的談吐，積極熱情的態(tài)度全部呈現(xiàn)出來吧，這么關(guān)鍵的時(shí)刻就不要藏著掖著了。 如果用人單位有兩位以上主試人時(shí)，回答誰的問題，你的目光就應(yīng)注視誰，并應(yīng)適時(shí)地環(huán)顧其他主試人以表示你也是很尊重他們的。談話時(shí)，眼睛要適時(shí)地注意對(duì)方，不要東張西望，好像在找什么似的，也不要眼皮低望，好像沒睡醒似的，激動(dòng)地與用人單位爭辯某個(gè)問題對(duì)你并沒有好處，可能最后的結(jié)果是你贏了他卻輸了你的工作，冷靜地保持不卑不亢的風(fēng)度是有益的。有的用人單位專門提一些無理的問題試探你的反應(yīng)，如果處理不好，容易亂了分寸，面試的效果自然就很low。
