一旦和用人單位約好面試時(shí)間后,一定要提前5-10分鐘到達(dá)面試地點(diǎn),這樣不僅能顯得自己很真誠(chéng),還讓對(duì)方的信任感直接爆棚,同時(shí)也可調(diào)整自己的心態(tài),作一些簡(jiǎn)單的儀表準(zhǔn)備,讓別人看起來(lái)舒服就好,以免倉(cāng)促上陣,手忙腳亂。為了做到這一點(diǎn),一定要牢記面試的時(shí)間地點(diǎn),有條件的同學(xué)最好能提前去偵查一下,以免因一時(shí)找不到地方或途中延誤而遲到。如果遲到了,肯定會(huì)讓面試成績(jī)大打折扣,甚至直接game over。 ?
進(jìn)入面試場(chǎng)合時(shí)不要緊張。如門關(guān)著,應(yīng)先敲門,得到允許后再進(jìn)去。開(kāi)關(guān)門動(dòng)作要輕,哪怕是假裝,也要表現(xiàn)得從容自然。見(jiàn)面時(shí)要向招聘者主動(dòng)打招呼并給他們一個(gè)大大的微笑,問(wèn)好示意時(shí)稱呼應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)皿w。在用人單位沒(méi)有請(qǐng)你坐下時(shí),不要當(dāng)成在家里想坐就坐,請(qǐng)你坐下時(shí),不要忘記道聲“謝謝”。坐下后保持良好體態(tài),切忌大大咧咧,左顧右盼,滿不在乎,以免引起招聘者的`“特別關(guān)注”。離去時(shí)應(yīng)詢問(wèn)“還有什么要問(wèn)的嗎”,不過(guò)不要繼續(xù)在后面加一句“沒(méi)有我可走了啊”,要在得到允許后應(yīng)微笑起立,道謝并說(shuō)“再見(jiàn)”。
對(duì)用人單位的問(wèn)題要逐一回答——對(duì)方給你介紹情況時(shí),要認(rèn)真聆聽(tīng)。為了表示你已聽(tīng)懂并感興趣,可以在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候點(diǎn)頭或適當(dāng)提問(wèn)、答話;卮鹬髟囌叩膯(wèn)題,別和人家說(shuō)方言,聲音不能和打雷一樣大也不能和蚊子一樣小,答話要簡(jiǎn)練、完整。一般情況下不要打斷用人單位的問(wèn)話或搶問(wèn)搶答,否則你這個(gè)人急躁、魯莽、不禮貌的印象基本上就已經(jīng)被人家確定了。問(wèn)話完畢,聽(tīng)不懂時(shí)可要求重復(fù)。當(dāng)不能回答某一問(wèn)題時(shí),應(yīng)如實(shí)告訴用人單位,含糊其辭和胡吹亂侃什么的就不要出現(xiàn)了,只要一說(shuō)出口,肯定馬上面試結(jié)束。對(duì)重復(fù)的問(wèn)題也要有耐心,不要表現(xiàn)出不耐煩。
在整個(gè)面試過(guò)程中,把平時(shí)保持的文雅大方的舉止,謙虛謹(jǐn)慎的談吐,積極熱情的態(tài)度全部呈現(xiàn)出來(lái)吧,這么關(guān)鍵的時(shí)刻就不要藏著掖著了。 如果用人單位有兩位以上主試人時(shí),回答誰(shuí)的問(wèn)題,你的目光就應(yīng)注視誰(shuí),并應(yīng)適時(shí)地環(huán)顧其他主試人以表示你也是很尊重他們的。談話時(shí),眼睛要適時(shí)地注意對(duì)方,不要東張西望,好像在找什么似的,也不要眼皮低望,好像沒(méi)睡醒似的,激動(dòng)地與用人單位爭(zhēng)辯某個(gè)問(wèn)題對(duì)你并沒(méi)有好處,可能最后的結(jié)果是你贏了他卻輸了你的工作,冷靜地保持不卑不亢的風(fēng)度是有益的。有的用人單位專門提一些無(wú)理的問(wèn)題試探你的反應(yīng),如果處理不好,容易亂了分寸,面試的效果自然就很low。
