又是一年畢業(yè)季,應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生們開始面對(duì)職場(chǎng)第一關(guān)—面試。如何應(yīng)對(duì)面試,記者為你介紹幾個(gè)小技巧。
要謙虛謹(jǐn)慎。面試時(shí)對(duì)方往往是多數(shù)人,其中不乏專家、職場(chǎng)前輩,求職者在回答一些比較有深度的`問題時(shí),不明白的地方要虛心請(qǐng)教,這樣才會(huì)給用人單位留下誠(chéng)實(shí)的好印象。
要機(jī)智應(yīng)變。當(dāng)求職者一人面對(duì)眾多考官時(shí),心理壓力很大,面試的成敗大多取決于求職者是否能機(jī)智果斷,隨機(jī)應(yīng)變,能當(dāng)場(chǎng)把自己的各種聰明才智發(fā)揮出來。首先,要注意分析面試類型,如果是主導(dǎo)式,你就應(yīng)把目標(biāo)集中投向主考官,認(rèn)真禮貌地回答問題;如果是答辯式,你則應(yīng)把目光投向提問者,切不可只關(guān)注甲方而冷待乙方;如果是集體式面試,分配給每個(gè)求職者的時(shí)間很短,事先準(zhǔn)備的材料可能用不上,這時(shí)最好的方法是根據(jù)考官的提問在腦海里重新組合材料,言簡(jiǎn)意賅地作答,切忌長(zhǎng)篇大論。其次要避免尷尬場(chǎng)面,技巧是:對(duì)未聽清的問題可以請(qǐng)求對(duì)方重復(fù)一遍或解釋一下;一時(shí)回答不出可請(qǐng)考官提下一個(gè)問題,等考慮成熟后再回答前一個(gè)問題;遇到偶然出現(xiàn)的錯(cuò)誤也不必耿耿于懷而打亂后面問題的思路。
要揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短。每個(gè)人都有自己的特長(zhǎng)和不足,無論是在性格上還是在專業(yè)上都是這樣。因此在面試時(shí)一定要注意揚(yáng)我所長(zhǎng),避我所短。必要時(shí)可以婉轉(zhuǎn)地說明自己的長(zhǎng)處和不足,用其他方法加以彌補(bǔ)。
要顯示潛能。面試的時(shí)間通常很短,求職者不可能把自己的全部才華都展示出來,因此要抓住一切時(shí)機(jī),巧妙地顯示潛能。
