  1.封閉型提問

  例:你愿意做工程師還是市場開發(fā)人員?

  分析:問題答案具有確定性和唯一性,應(yīng)試者只能做既定性的回答,不應(yīng)加以隨意發(fā)揮。

  出招:這種問題回答力求簡潔,明白,一般不需作過多的補充和修飾。

  2.開放型提問

  例:你的性格特點是什么?善于與人相處嗎?

  分析:提問具有發(fā)射性和靈活性,應(yīng)試者可以根據(jù)自己的實際情況作出較為自由的選擇和回答。

  出招:小心!這類問題很關(guān)鍵;卮鸬煤脡,直接關(guān)系到錄用與否。而且這些是你事先可以準備的。同時,這類問題,回答得好,就是絕好的表現(xiàn)自己,推銷自己的機會,可以令面試官目相看,頓生愛才之心。

  3.假設(shè)型提問

  例:如果讓你來當(dāng)我們公司的'總經(jīng)理,首先你會做幾件事?

  分析:這都是假設(shè)性的情況,目的是考察應(yīng)試者的想象能力,原創(chuàng)能力。解決或處理突發(fā)情況的能力。

  出招:面對這種問題,切忌長時間的沉默,但也不要不經(jīng)考慮急于回答。需要對問題的關(guān)鍵部位進行詳細分析,提出切實可行的解決方法。不過也不要做長篇大論。

  4.控制型提問

  例:你以為我們的改革怎么樣?

  分析:面試官對提問問題答案有一定的傾向性,希望能得到符合他的心意的回答。

  出招:聰明的你,可以順水推舟,給面試官一個較為滿意的回答,但若你對這家公司的改革確實有意見,而且有特殊的理由,倒也可以談出自己的看法,令面試官覺得耳目一新,出奇制勝。否則,還是夸夸他他吧。很多的時候,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者是需要贊賞的!

  5.否定型提問

  例:我們要求的都是大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷的,你只是?疲峙虏缓线m吧?

  分析:這其實是面試官故意為之,目的是通過指出應(yīng)試者的薄弱之處,使其陷入一種困境,考察在這種極端情況下,應(yīng)試者的心理承受能力。

  出招:切記大吵大鬧,甚至拂袖而去,這樣只能反映出自己沒有修養(yǎng)。只要你相信自己行,你就行。表達出這種自信,努力扭轉(zhuǎn)頹勢。

  6.連珠型提問

  例:你喜歡讀書嗎?業(yè)余時間都讀什么書?經(jīng)濟類的書讀得多嗎?哪一種管理理論你較為欣賞?

  分析:面試官力圖通過這一系列的問題,深入了解應(yīng)試者某一方面的情況。

  出招:你一定要按順序回答問題,也不一定每一個問題都回答,在表述中留心表現(xiàn)出自己的個性及優(yōu)點。
