  有時(shí)候我們會(huì)遇到這樣幸福的煩惱——我們的收件箱、ATS系統(tǒng)會(huì)被雪片般的簡歷塞爆,因?yàn)橛刑嘀鲃?dòng)求職者。可是這又怪誰呢?為了獲取更多的候選人,我們將工作描述寫得非常寬泛或者搜索條件設(shè)置得太通用,以至于獲取到的簡歷大部分是毫無關(guān)聯(lián)或毫無價(jià)值的。

  寫一篇表述清晰的工作描述或設(shè)置精心構(gòu)建的關(guān)鍵詞,是招聘官的必備技能。人人都可以用搜索引擎,但并不是所有人都能讓搜索引擎助他的.招聘一臂之力。

  2、簡歷的8秒鐘原則

  人才簡歷通常都是靜態(tài)的文字展示的,描述著一個(gè)人的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和專業(yè)知識(shí)。相對(duì)專業(yè)的會(huì)寫上數(shù)據(jù)和案例,更多是用比較寬泛的筆觸——它并沒有告訴你全部的故事。據(jù)說招聘官們平均在一份簡歷上花費(fèi)8秒鐘的時(shí)間,如果他們認(rèn)為簡歷合適,就馬上操起電話,或者發(fā)起E-mail來,爭分奪秒——天知道這份簡歷是不是真的合適?!

  如果你覺得在閱讀簡歷上浪費(fèi)了太多時(shí)間,其實(shí)你可以換個(gè)思路想一下,這也是一種評(píng)估。在篩選簡歷上多花點(diǎn)時(shí)間,會(huì)避免你進(jìn)行不必要的面試,節(jié)約更多的時(shí)間。

  3、伴隨經(jīng)驗(yàn)而來的偏見

  我們都知道,不能僅僅憑借封面就判斷一本書的好壞。但是我們常常會(huì)憑借簡歷就判斷一個(gè)候選人的優(yōu)劣。比方說候選人最近換工作比較勤,看完之后,憑借經(jīng)驗(yàn),你可能會(huì)覺得他的穩(wěn)定性不夠強(qiáng),但是會(huì)不會(huì)是因?yàn)樗麤]有得到合適的機(jī)會(huì),或者是工作地點(diǎn)離家太遠(yuǎn),又或者是比較反感臨時(shí)工的角色。如果你希望篩選到合適的候選人,可能需要盡量避免預(yù)設(shè)立場。如果心存疑慮,有必要重新審視你的簡歷,并嘗試確認(rèn)或消除你的疑慮。
