溫馨提示：宣講會(huì)中不得不知的“潛規(guī)則”
(一)參會(huì)前多做功課，了解職位設(shè)置，更了解自己適合的位置
這樣你就知道自己在整個(gè)宣講會(huì)中該著重聽哪些部分，在珍貴的交流環(huán)境多問(wèn)一些有關(guān)的問(wèn)題。
(二)早點(diǎn)排隊(duì)占座，爭(zhēng)取能坐到主席臺(tái)的視線容易落到的地方
不要小看自己的位次，如果是能夠和主席臺(tái)目光交流的地方，不僅會(huì)在潛意識(shí)中為HR留下印象(當(dāng)然你要保持微笑，保持熱情，整潔大方)，而且也無(wú)形中增加了你想提問(wèn)時(shí)被點(diǎn)到的幾率。
(三)不要被炫目的舞臺(tái)所迷惑，要學(xué)會(huì)提取信息
比如播放企業(yè)宣傳片、flash時(shí)提到的一些公司的一些標(biāo)語(yǔ)、口號(hào)、主題等等，這些都有可能是你面試時(shí)候遇到的問(wèn)題 ，而且如果你能掌控面試過(guò)程的話，這些也是你表現(xiàn)的最好的點(diǎn)。
(四)最重要的，著重關(guān)注想要申請(qǐng)的部門的宣傳片
這些宣傳片有的是一個(gè)工作場(chǎng)景的展示，有的是員工的現(xiàn)身說(shuō)法，也有是一個(gè)具體問(wèn)題的解決，要站在一定的高度上去高度重視這個(gè)。如有的宣傳片是講在這個(gè)部門內(nèi)一個(gè)具體工作的`實(shí)施的記錄，可以注意他的工作流程是什么樣的?主管是什么?同事做的都是什么樣的工作?遇到問(wèn)題的時(shí)候向誰(shuí)求助?向誰(shuí)請(qǐng)示?誰(shuí)是你的匯報(bào)對(duì)象?等等。留心并記錄，也許你面試的時(shí)候發(fā)現(xiàn)面試官很面熟，對(duì)，如果你說(shuō)出你記得他，在宣傳片里給你留下很深的印象，是不是也能給你自己的面試加分不少?
