您好!
我叫關(guān)淼，是北京航空航天大學(xué)的博士后，期望在出流動(dòng)站之后到廣西工作。
在博士畢業(yè)之時(shí)，我曾困惑于職業(yè)的選擇，身邊的親朋好友都認(rèn)為留校做老師或是在科學(xué)院所工作都是比較理想的，但我卻期望能找到一個(gè)能發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì)的工作，于是選擇博士后作為過(guò)渡，再認(rèn)真思考自己未來(lái)的道路應(yīng)該如何走。
離開北京的決定是經(jīng)過(guò)深思熟慮的。從哈爾濱考學(xué)到北京，并獲得博士學(xué)學(xué)位，博士期間成了家，在北京也購(gòu)買房子，再有一份北京的穩(wěn)定工作，這是無(wú)數(shù)外省學(xué)子無(wú)法完成的夢(mèng)想，但這些都不是我所追求的。崇高的理想，生活的期望，時(shí)代的召喚，歷史的機(jī)遇，未來(lái)的向往，將這些因素結(jié)合起來(lái)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己需要一個(gè)更廣闊的舞臺(tái)。首都、沿海還是中部，生活條件及待遇都不是決定自己能否發(fā)揮作用的最重要因素，關(guān)鍵要看個(gè)人的發(fā)展環(huán)境，因此，我義無(wú)反顧的做出了選擇――西部。
雖然在北京找一份待遇好，又清閑的工作并不是難事，但我更希望到需要我的地方去工作。在博士論文后面的致謝中我曾感謝妻子、父母多年以來(lái)對(duì)我學(xué)業(yè)的支持，他們一直默默的付出，迄今為止我沒(méi)有給予任何回報(bào)，當(dāng)我對(duì)他們說(shuō)出自己投身西部的想法時(shí)，出乎意料的家里所有人都贊同我的決定，他們的支持給予了我信心和希望。
經(jīng)過(guò)查詢西部各省的情況，我選擇了廣西，有以下幾個(gè)原因：第一，2010年1月1日，中國(guó)-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)全面啟動(dòng)，帶給廣西國(guó)際性的歷史機(jī)遇;第二：2009年12月7日，國(guó)務(wù)院頒布實(shí)施了《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)廣西經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的若干意見(jiàn)》，使北部灣區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)里程碑式的跨越;第三：廣西壯族自治區(qū)黨委常委、組織部部長(zhǎng)陳向群表示，目前，廣西干部隊(duì)伍中年輕干部的數(shù)量還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足2011年換屆需求，2010年將把人才的引進(jìn)開發(fā)作為工作重點(diǎn)，努力在人才聚集上取得實(shí)質(zhì)性進(jìn)展;第四：我的博士導(dǎo)師曾是北京航空航天大學(xué)廣西北海學(xué)院的院長(zhǎng)，他曾對(duì)我說(shuō)廣西是個(gè)好地方，如果想做事業(yè)，可以選擇廣西。
