　　1、語(yǔ)氣自然 ，語(yǔ)言和句子要簡(jiǎn)單明了

　　不要聽(tīng)上去象別人的話，特別是用一些從未用過(guò)的令人費(fèi)解的詞語(yǔ)和句子令人難懂。寫信就像說(shuō)話一樣，語(yǔ)氣要正式但不能僵硬。語(yǔ)言要直截了當(dāng)，不要依靠詞典，履歷表詞語(yǔ)要生動(dòng)使句子有力。

　　2、通俗易懂 ，寫作要考慮讀者對(duì)象的知識(shí)背景。
