格式

　　沒有正式的格式，但在寫信時要記住一些基本的規(guī)則。

　　1.信的右上角或者左上角要留出三行，包括家庭地址，國家，城市，郵政編碼和日期。

　　2.左對齊的下三行是寫在日期的下面，稱呼的上面。這塊地方寫的是詳細(xì)地址，包括國家，城市和郵政編碼。

　　3.稱呼的后面要用冒號而不要用逗號，寫稱呼時要用正式的語氣。"親愛的Harper小姐"而不要"親愛的Jennifer"。

　　4.要用具體的稱呼(例如不要寫"給有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人")。設(shè)法知道誰將收到你的信 。如果有必要，打電話詢問公司。如果你還是不能確定具體的名字，就稱呼"招聘經(jīng)理，""人事部經(jīng)理，"或者就稱"經(jīng)理。"
