英文求職信格式:
英文求職信格式與中文是不同的,在寫作的時候,除了要注意語法之外,最重要的就是格式了:英文求職信的格式一般由五個組成部分:寫信動機,自我介紹,能力(技能)介紹,結(jié)尾與附件.
1:寫信動機部分:通常求職信是針對報紙上,網(wǎng)上的或是其他途徑的招聘廣告而寫的.因此,信中須首先提到時在何月何日的什么報紙上看到的信息,在什么網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺看到的招聘廣告,又或是是由朋友或介紹所介紹的等等.當然,有時寫信人不知某機構(gòu),單位有求職機會,只是毛遂自薦,那么也需說明寫求職信的緣由與目的.另外,需開門見山的點明應(yīng)聘的職位或是希望承擔(dān)的職務(wù).
2:部分:此部分應(yīng)述明自己的年齡或出生年月,教育背景,特別是與應(yīng)征職位有關(guān)的訓(xùn)練或教育科目,求職經(jīng)驗或特殊技能.如無實際經(jīng)驗,略述在學(xué)類似經(jīng)驗亦可.
3:能力(技能)介紹部分:如果缺乏求職經(jīng)歷,可以將社會求職細節(jié)放在求職經(jīng)歷中,這樣會填補求職經(jīng)驗少的缺陷.比如,在做團支書,學(xué)生會主席等社會求職時組織過什么活動,聯(lián)系過什么事,參與過什么都可以一一羅列.
4:結(jié)尾:求職信的結(jié)尾,應(yīng)注意表達,珍惜求職機會與如果得到職位后將不遺余力的表現(xiàn)決心,希望招聘單位給予自己施展才華的機會等.另外,不要忘了注明正熱切盼望雇主的回復(fù).
