求職信的寫作原則
語氣自然:語言和句子要簡單明了。寫信就像說話一樣,語氣可以正式但不能僵硬。語言直截了當,不要依靠詞典。
通俗易懂:寫作要考慮讀者對象的知識背景,不要使用生僻詞語、專業(yè)術語。
言簡意賅:在重點突出、內容完整的前提下,盡可能簡明扼要,切忌面面俱到。
具體明確:不要使用模糊、籠統(tǒng)的字眼;多使用實例、數(shù)字等具體的說明。
