英文求職信寫作時要注意的幾點

  1. Mention the position you are applying for and where you learnt of vacancy.

  告知你所應(yīng)聘的職位和從哪里看到職位空缺。

  2. Expand on some points about your background or experience, showing how they are relevant to this job. Do not repeat all the information on your resume or application form.

  從職位需求方面,對自己的背景和經(jīng)驗做一些相關(guān)介紹。不要重復(fù)簡歷或者應(yīng)聘表格里的內(nèi)容。

  3. Emphasize your interest in and suitability for the job. If possible, show you have some knowledge of what the company does.

  強(qiáng)調(diào)你對這個工作的興趣以及為什么適合這份工作,如果可能的話,可以展示一些你對這個公司所做業(yè)務(wù)的了解。

  4. Mention that you have attached a copy of your resume or a completed application form.

  別忘記提醒對方,你已經(jīng)附上了你的簡歷或者一份完整的申請表格。

  5. State that you are willing to attend an interview.

  聲明你很希望能得到面試機(jī)會。

  6. Set your letter out clearly. follow closely the layout and punctuation of formal letters. If possible, have your letter typed. If not, make sure it is very neatly written.
