首先,英語老師需要具備扎實(shí)的英語專業(yè)基礎(chǔ),并且應(yīng)該多涉及各種類別的書籍,豐富自身的內(nèi)涵。在實(shí)習(xí)中,我發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)在的中學(xué)生思想比原先的活躍,知識(shí)面也比較廣,這就要求我們英語老師在日常要注意提高自身的學(xué)術(shù)修養(yǎng),才能更好地為學(xué)生答疑解惑。
其次,老師是學(xué)生的益友。現(xiàn)在的學(xué)生面臨很多的壓力:升學(xué)壓力、考試壓力、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力等等,而現(xiàn)在的學(xué)生獨(dú)生子女又占絕大多數(shù),沒有經(jīng)歷過挫折和失敗,心理處于一個(gè)極端的不平靜、不安靜和不穩(wěn)定的階段。這就要求我們老師平時(shí)要加強(qiáng)和學(xué)生之間的溝通與交流,及時(shí)了解他們心理狀況和思想情況,為他們解決心理上和生活上的困難,成為尊重學(xué)生、關(guān)心學(xué)生、理解學(xué)生和支持學(xué)生的知心朋友。
