　　1、稱謂

　　即接收并閱看信件的人的稱呼。

　　如果你采用第一類型的求職認形式，一般來說，收信人應該是單位里有實權錄用你的人。要特別注意此人的姓名和職務，書寫要準確，萬萬馬虎不得。假如用人單位有關人員的姓名不熟悉，那么在求職信中可以進接稱閱信人的職務頭銜。如“XX電了集團公司負責人”、“XX公司負責人”、“XX集團人事經(jīng)理”等。如果你采用第二種類型的求職信的寫法，則稱謂名用“尊敬的領導”。

　　求職信的目的在于求職，因而稱謂要求嚴肅謹慎，要有禮貌。既不能隨隨便便，又不能過分新昵，以免給人以阿諛、唐突之嫌。

　　稱謂后的問候語一般應為“您好”而非“你好”，更不能用“您們好”。即便招聘人不是一人，也不能用這樣的字樣，因為這不僅讓人感覺不出你的問候，反而使他們主為你才疏學淺，連起碼的常識都不懂，因為“您”是不能用于復數(shù)的。

　　2、開頭

　　這部分是求職信的重點，書寫形式可以多樣，但主要內(nèi)容一般是：

　　求職信的結尾，主要是進步強調(diào)求職的愿望，希望用人單位能給予考慮，或希望前往面談，接受單位的進一步考察，等等。

　　千萬不可加上一句“緊適盯人”的話，如：“下周四我會再打電話向你問進一步的消息”等。用這種“強勢推銷”的方式，不僅很少能夠獲得滿意的結果，而且更可能因此讓人倒盡胃口。如果對方本來很喜歡你的信，這會兒也將因這句話而印象變差了。當你打來電話之時，很可能就被秘書進接拒絕了。

　　無論如何表達，都要注意用語恰當、得體、掌握分寸，以免造成不良印象，或授人以柄，帶來麻煩。

　　5、致敬語、署名、日期

　　因為求職信，供求雙方都是互相陌生的，所以更要講究必要的禮節(jié)性的致敬語。在正文結束后，可寫上一句祝福語，或在正文結束后，緊接著下一行空兩格，寫上 “此致”二字，后面不打標點;再在“此致”的下一行頂格書寫“敬禮”二字，后面打感嘆號。同時在致敬語右下方，簽署求職者的姓名及具體日期。
