1、陳述你的目標。
目標就是發(fā)展方向,而且很多雇主在你申請工作的時候都想要知道你的就業(yè)目標。這能幫助他們決定你是否適合這份工作。在簡歷的第一部分加上一個叫做"Objective"開頭并寫一段短小的陳述。例如: "To work in a dynamic marketing department."
2、責任或是成就?
責任是指定的任務。成就是完成的成績-你努力后獲得的正面的成果。雇主希望知道你在過去從事的 工作中擔任何種職責,并對你獲得的成就更感興趣。因此當談到過去的工作,稍稍吹噓一點!提到特別獲得的成就。例如:你的一項職責就是安排員工的工作,而你解決了一項很大的安排問題。寫上,"Solved scheduling conflict."
3、調(diào)整你的語法。
雖然你有很多要說的,但是空間有限,簡歷寫作的標準允許你使用縮寫句?梢允÷跃渥又黝}(e.g. I, my manager),物主代詞,(my/mine, his/hers),以及有時甚至冠詞(the, a)。如果你在一句句子中要列出不止一個成就的話你可以用"and"取代分號。例如:“我負責一項非常重要的項目而且我的經(jīng)理給予了我獎勵”可以寫成"Led key project; awarded by manager."
4、使用行為動詞。
行為動詞表示一個特殊的行為,例如Action solved, managed, initiated, accomplished。助動詞有 am, was, have和had。在簡歷中,行為動詞讓你聽起來更有目的性,更充滿活力-即是想要雇傭的那種類型!例如: "Managed a team of 20 employees" 聽起來比"Was in charge of 20 employees." 更有權利。
5、回顧你的歷史記錄。
首先,將你以前從事的工作和教育背景列一個表。然后,寫下你能記得的所有包括公司信息,證書,學位,你工作的頭銜及職責和特殊的成就的所有內(nèi)容。
