　　準(zhǔn)予注冊的申請人，由注冊會計(jì)師協(xié)會發(fā)給國務(wù)院財(cái)政部門統(tǒng)一制定的注冊會計(jì)師證書。

　　已取得注冊會計(jì)師證書的人員，注冊后有下列情形之一的，由準(zhǔn)予注冊的注冊會計(jì)師協(xié)會撤銷注冊，收回注冊會計(jì)師證書：

　　一、完全喪失民事行為能力的;

　　二、受刑事處罰的;

　　三、因在財(cái)務(wù)、會計(jì)、審計(jì)、企業(yè)管理或者其他經(jīng)濟(jì)管理工作中犯有嚴(yán)重錯(cuò)誤受行政處罰、撤職以上處分的;

　　被撤銷注冊的當(dāng)事人有異議的，可以自接到撤銷注冊、收回注冊會計(jì)師證書的通知之日起十五日內(nèi)向國務(wù)院財(cái)政部門或者省、自治區(qū)、直轄市人民政府財(cái)政部門申請復(fù)議。

　　依照第一款規(guī)定被撤銷注冊的人員可以重新申請注冊，但必須符合本法第九條、第十條的規(guī)定。

　　注冊會計(jì)師的注冊材料：

　　一、注冊為執(zhí)業(yè)會員(即簽字注冊會計(jì)師)： 注冊會計(jì)師執(zhí)業(yè)資格考試合格，并在中國境內(nèi)從事審計(jì)業(yè)務(wù)工作2年以上者，可以通過所在的會計(jì)師事務(wù)所向事務(wù)所所在地的省級注冊會計(jì)師協(xié)會提交下列材料，申請注冊為執(zhí)業(yè)會員(即簽字注冊會計(jì)師)：

　　(一)注冊會計(jì)師注冊申請表;

　　(二)注冊會計(jì)師全國統(tǒng)一考試全科合格證書復(fù)印件;

　　(三)2名注冊會計(jì)師出具的注冊申請人從事審計(jì)業(yè)務(wù)2年以上證明表;

　　(四)與所在會計(jì)師事務(wù)所簽定的聘用合同復(fù)印件;

　　(五)有效身份證件或者身份證明復(fù)印件(外國人應(yīng)當(dāng)提交護(hù)照和簽證復(fù)印件，香港、澳門特別行政區(qū)及臺灣地區(qū)居民應(yīng)當(dāng)提交在香港、澳門特別行政區(qū)及臺灣地區(qū)的身份證件復(fù)印件和中國出入境行政管理部門發(fā)放的通行證復(fù)印件替代此項(xiàng)材料);

　　(六)有效人事檔案證明或者退休證明復(fù)印件(外國人和香港、澳門特別行政區(qū)及臺灣地區(qū)居民應(yīng)當(dāng)提交由中國勞動行政管理部門發(fā)放的就業(yè)證復(fù)印件替代此項(xiàng)材料)。
