　　申請人自愿申請西北政法大學(xué)國際教育交流項目辦公室對“中美3+1國際教育交流項目”出國留學(xué)申請辦理。申請人已知曉并接受西北政法大學(xué)國際教育交流項目辦公室對留學(xué)申請的各項規(guī)定，并簽訂此申請書。申請書規(guī)定如下：

　　一、申請人須遵守中美兩國法律法規(guī)，赴美留學(xué)期間遵守美方大學(xué)校紀(jì)校規(guī);

　　二、西北政法大學(xué)國際教育交流項目辦公室有權(quán)力對申請人進(jìn)行政治及申請資格的審查與評估;
