　　（一）介紹（Introduction）

　　中秋節(jié)，又稱祭月節(jié)、月光誕、月夕、秋節(jié)、仲秋節(jié)、拜月節(jié)、月娘節(jié)、月亮節(jié)、團圓節(jié)等，是中國民間傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日。中秋節(jié)源自對天象的崇拜，由上古時代秋夕祭月演變而來。中秋節(jié)自古便有祭月、賞月、吃月餅、看花燈、賞桂花、飲桂花酒等民俗，流傳至今，經久不息。

　　中秋節(jié)起源于上古時代，普及于漢代，定型于唐代。中秋節(jié)是秋季時令習俗的綜合，其所包含的節(jié)俗因素，大都有古老的淵源。祭月作為民間過節(jié)的重要習俗之一，逐漸演化為賞月、頌月等活動。中秋節(jié)以月之圓兆人之團圓，為寄托思念故鄉(xiāng)，思念親人之情，祈盼豐收、幸福，成為豐富多彩、彌足珍貴的文化遺產。

　　最初“祭月節(jié)”的節(jié)期是在干支歷二十四節(jié)氣“秋分”這天，后來才調至農歷八月十五日。中秋節(jié)與春節(jié)、清明節(jié)、端午節(jié)并稱為中國四大傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日。受中華文化的影響，中秋節(jié)也是東亞和東南亞一些國家尤其是當地的華人華僑的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日。

　　鄭成功親自批準從農歷十三至十八，前后六夜，軍中按單雙日輪流賞月博餅。這獨特的游戲，后逐漸在民間流傳和改進，成為一種有趣的民俗活動。

　　明月當空，親朋好友歡聚一堂，歡聲笑語間，自然應該再找尋一些開心的事來做。博餅當然是最有趣的。于是，大家或站或坐圍在八仙桌旁，盯著大瓷碗，當骰子發(fā)出叮叮當當的響聲，狀元、榜眼、探花、進士、舉人、秀才隨之產生，每個人在“博”中尋找快樂，在笑聲中感受濃濃的溫馨。

　　兔子登上月宮搗藥，最早見于屈原的《天問》“厥利維何，而顧、菟在腹？”。意思是說，顧、菟在月亮的肚子里，對月亮有什么好處呢？那兔子又是如何登上月宮的呢？顧就是蟾蜍，菟就是白兔。晉代傅玄的《擬天問》也說：“月中何有，白兔搗藥�！睋�聞一多先生考證，這“白兔搗藥”是由“蟾蜍搗藥”變來的。

　　相傳唐玄宗與申天師及道士鴻都中秋望月，突然玄宗興起游月宮之念，于是天師作法，三人一起步上青云，漫游月宮。但宮前有守衛(wèi)森嚴，無法進入，只能在外俯瞰長安皇城。在此之際，忽聞仙聲陣陣，唐玄宗素來熟通音律，于是默記心中。這正是：“此曲只應天上有，人間能得幾回聞！”日后玄宗回憶月宮仙娥的音樂歌聲，自己譜曲編舞，創(chuàng)作了歷史上有名的《霓裳羽衣曲》。

　　中秋節(jié)吃月餅相傳始于元代。當時，中原廣大人民不堪忍受元朝統(tǒng)治階級的殘酷統(tǒng)治，紛紛起義抗元。朱元璋聯(lián)合各路反抗力量準備起義。但朝庭官兵搜查的十分嚴密，傳遞消息十分困難。軍師劉伯溫便想出一計策，命令屬下把藏有“八月十五夜起義”的紙條藏入餅子里面，再派人分頭傳送到各地起義軍中，通知他們在八月十五日晚上起義響應。到了起義的那天，各路義軍一起響應，起義軍如星火燎原。 很快，徐達就攻下元大都，起義成功了。

　　消息傳來，朱元璋高興得連忙傳下口諭，在即將來臨的中秋節(jié)，讓全體將士與民同樂，并將當年起兵時以秘密傳遞信息的“月餅”，作為節(jié)令糕點賞賜群臣。此后，“月餅”制作越發(fā)精細，品種更多，大者如圓盤，成為饋贈的佳品。以后中秋節(jié)吃月餅的習俗便在民間流傳開來。

On the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival, he let all the soldiers and soldiers share the joy with the people, and gave the "moon cake", which was used to secretly convey information when the army was launched, to all the officials as a seasonal cake. Afterwards, the production of "mooncakes" became more refined and varied, with larger ones resembling discs, becoming a great gift. Later, the custom of eating moon cakes on Mid-Autumn Festival spread among the people.
