悲傷時(shí)該如何用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)
每個(gè)人總有不開心的時(shí)候。事實(shí)上,你可能有時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)悲傷的情緒。那么怎樣表達(dá)自己悲傷的感情呢?在你心情低落,或者面對(duì)心情沮喪的人的時(shí)候,你可以使用這些短語(yǔ)來(lái)表達(dá)自己的心情。

A.Informal
非正式
當(dāng)你面對(duì)的是你的好友和家人時(shí),可以使用這些非正式形式。S代表主語(yǔ)。
1.S + be + feeling down about something
(對(duì)······感到難過(guò))
I'm feeling down about work lately.
近來(lái)工作的事讓我很沮喪。
She's feeling down about her grades.
她因?yàn)榉謹(jǐn)?shù)不理想而難過(guò)。
2.S + be + upset about something
(對(duì)······感到不愉快)
I'm upset about my friends.
我因?yàn)樽约旱呐笥讯械娇鄲馈?/p>
Tom's upset about his boss. He's too hard on him!

3.S + be + sad about something
(為······感到難過(guò))
I'm sad about the situation at work.

B.Formal
正式
當(dāng)你面對(duì)的是工作中的人,或者不太熟悉的人時(shí),可以使用這些更為正式的形式。
1.S + be + out of sorts
(心情不佳)
I'm sorry. I'm out of sorts today. I'll be better tomorrow.
抱歉。我今天心情不太好。明天會(huì)恢復(fù)的。
Peter is out of sorts today. Ask him tomorrow.

2.S + do not + feel well
