molly: it's a-ok.
gordon: you must be having a good time at work then, right?
molly: i guess so, but i am nervous around my boss.
gordon: why are you nervous? you are a hard worker and the staff members all like you, right?
molly: that is correct, but i am afraid to talk with the manager. i never know how to act around him.
gordon: no problem, i will help you practice. i will give you self-confidence.
molly: you would do that for me? you are a-ok.
gordon: thanks a bunch. all you need to do is create a more professional atmosphere.

戈登:那你工作一定很愉快了?

put your jacket in the cubbyhole and let's get to work.

4) neat (整齊的): orderly, not messy

2) fill your shelves with useful resource books and materials including: a dictionary or two, a thesaurus.
3) keep something that motivates you in your office cube.(a picture of your loved one, a picture of money, or a picture of expensive but delicious food.)
4) the language that you use affects your atmosphere, so always talk in a business way. do this by using educated synonyms for: yes, no, thank you, etc.
5) don't read newspapers at your desk. instead, try reading a magazine that is related to your job.

molly : two of them are language dictionaries, one is a synonym thesaurus.
gordon: how about those magazines under your desk?
molly : they are business magazines, sir. i read them during my coffee breaks, always trying to learn more about the industry.
gordon: i am glad to here that.
molly : i appreciate your kindness, sir.
gordon: don't mention it. i appreciate what you have done to improve the atmosphere of the entire office.
molly : thanks for your compliment, sir.
gordon: it is my pleasure.
