各種月餅英語怎么說

　　月餅是久負盛名的中國傳統(tǒng)小吃之一，中秋節(jié)節(jié)日食俗。月餅圓又圓，又是合家分吃，象征著團圓和睦。古代月餅被作為祭品于中秋節(jié)所食。據(jù)說中秋節(jié)吃月餅的習(xí)俗始于唐朝。北宋之時在宮廷內(nèi)流行，后流傳到民間，當(dāng)時俗稱“小餅”和“月團”。發(fā)展至明朝則成為全民共同買過的飲食習(xí)俗。月餅與各地飲食習(xí)俗相融合，又發(fā)展出廣式、京式、蘇式、潮式，滇式等月餅，被中國南北各地的人們所喜愛。

　　蘇式月餅 Jiangsu style mooncake

　　1. 鴨肉月餅 duck mooncake (不常見，但我們公司樓下有個鴨王烤鴨)

　　It's my most highly anticipated part of this episode. I get to eat this stuff. 這是我最期待的部分, 我要試吃這些月餅啦

　　Let's go ahead and try it out. I think I'd like to start with the Sushi Yuebing (Jiangsu style). 我們開始試吧。我想先從蘇式月餅開始。

　　It seems more like a meal.它看起來更像主食。

　　I'll save the best for last. Because it's like a dessert and it's cold. 我要把最好的留在最后。因為這個看起來最像甜點而且還是冰的。

　　I went outside a little earlier and I bought a bunch of different mooncakes. 我先前出去買了很多不同的月餅。

　　And this kind here is supposed to be duck. I think I'll just go ahead. 這個應(yīng)該是鴨肉的。我開動了

　　Shall I just take a bite or break it? 我咬一口還是先掰開?

　　No, you can't break it: 千萬不能掰

　　It's very flaky. If you break it, it will all fall apart. 這個皮特別酥，如果你掰開，整個都會碎

　　蘇式月餅一大特點就是很酥，容易碎，

　　英語可以這樣形容：

　　flaky

　　crumbly

　　It can be messy when you eat it. 吃的時候可能會掉一地，弄得亂七八糟

　　Spencer點評：

　　I like the inside a lot. 我很喜歡里面的餡兒

　　I think the outside is a little dry for me. 外面的皮對我來說有點兒太干了

　　Filling is good. I like duck, I like meat in general：餡兒很好吃，我喜歡這個鴨肉餡兒，其實只要是肉我都喜歡

　　I actually find it's quite delicious. 我覺得味道不錯哎

　　2. 鮮肉月餅 pork mooncake

　　I like how they've got it all written on the top here. 月餅上紅字寫著口味，好酷

　　My coworker Nathan said earlier that is his favorite. He is from Shanghai as well. 我的同事Nathan說這是他最喜歡的月餅，他也是上海人。

　　“鮮”英語怎么說?

　　英語沒有一個特定的形容詞，形容“鮮”這個口味，只能說：

　　flavorful

　　tasty

　　umami (這是最近美國吃貨流行的詞，從日語翻譯過來的，“鮮”的意思)

　　Red bean: 紅豆

　　Red bean paste: 豆沙

　　Paste就是泥、蓉，甜月餅基本都是...paste

　　Spencer點評：

　　This is good: 很好吃

　　I like red bean paste buns: 其實我也愛豆沙包子

　　I need a glass of milk. 不過最好配一杯牛奶

　　I could totally put peanut butter on it. 最好再加一點花生醬(Spencer有多愛花生醬啊!清明吃青團也配花生醬)。

　　It's very representative of Guangdong: 很有廣東的代表性

　　It's sweet and salty. 又甜又咸。

　　This is much better for a dessert kind of thing. 這個更像是甜品。

　　The other ones I'd like to eat with a meal. 前面吃的那些我覺得更像是主食。

　　吃到這里，卡路里已經(jīng)爆表了

　　We don't want to ruin your perfect body with so many calories. Spencer我不能讓你吃那么多卡路里，毀了你完美的身材 (不知道的朋友：Spencer是擁有6塊腹肌的健身達人)

　　I'll work out later today and could use the energy. 沒關(guān)系，我今天會鍛煉，可以多補充點能量

　　最后，吃冰皮月餅 snow skin mooncake

　　Saved the most dessert-like mooncake for last. 我要把最像甜點的月餅留到最后。

　　You could sell a lot of these in the summer time. 在美國，夏季應(yīng)該會很暢銷(Spencer, 但這是中秋月餅......)

　　Jenny最愛老字號月餅 Old-school mooncake

　　I'm more old-fashioned/old-school when it comes to mooncakes: 我吃月餅的口味比較傳

　　My favorite is the pork mooncake: 我最喜歡鮮肉月餅

　　I don't know what they do to the meat inside. But it tastes so good. 我也不知道他們怎么弄的肉餡兒，總之是在太好吃了
