面試硬技能與軟技能怎么分
During the job application and interview process, employers look for applicants with two skill sets:hard skillsandsoft skills. 在投職和面試的過(guò)程中,雇主通常會(huì)查看求職者的兩種技能:硬技能與軟技能。
Hard skills are teachable abilities or skill sets that are easy to quantify. Examples of hard skills include:硬技能就是能夠通過(guò)培訓(xùn)或可以容易量化的技能。硬技能包括下面這些:
Proficiency in a foreign language熟練的外語(yǔ)能力
A degree or certificate文憑或證書(shū)
Typing speed打字速度
Machine operation機(jī)器操作技能
Computer programming計(jì)算機(jī)程序編寫(xiě)能力
These hard skills are often listed in your cover letter and on your resume, and are easy for an employer or recruiter to recognize.通常這些硬技能都會(huì)在求職信或簡(jiǎn)歷中,以便雇主辨識(shí)。
Soft skills, on the other hand, are subjective skills that are much harder to quantify.而軟技能,則是較難量化的主觀性技能。
Also known as "people skills" or "interpersonal skills," soft skills relate to the way you relate to and interact with other people. Examples of soft skills include:通常也被稱(chēng)作“人際技能”。軟技能指的是你如何與別人相處和溝通的技能。軟技能包括下面的:

While certain hard skills are necessary for any position, employers are looking increasingly for job applicants with particular soft skills. This is because, while it is easy for an employer to train a new employee in a particular hard skill (such as how to use a certain computer program), it is much more difficult to train an employee in a soft skill (such as patience).雖然某些硬技能對(duì)某一職位是必須的,但是雇主仍然很注重求職者某一方面的軟技能。這是因?yàn),?duì)于新晉的員工,雇主可以很容易培訓(xùn)他們的硬技能(比如如何使用某一個(gè)計(jì)算機(jī)項(xiàng)目),但相比之下,就很難培訓(xùn)一名員工去提高他的軟技能(如耐心)。
Emphasize Both Hard and Soft Skills硬技能軟技能同等重要
During the job application process, you should therefore be sure to emphasize both your hard and soft skills. This way, even if you lack a particular hard skill required by the company, you can emphasize a particular soft skill that you know would be valuable in the position. For example, if the job involves working on a number of group projects, be sure to emphasize your experience and skill as a team player and your ability to communicate with team members.在求職的過(guò)程中,你必須同時(shí)注重自己的硬技能和軟技能。這樣,即使你缺乏某一職位所需的硬技能,你也可以強(qiáng)調(diào)你擁有該職位所需的軟技能以便取勝。例如,如果這個(gè)職位需要與集體合作完成任務(wù)的,那么一定要強(qiáng)調(diào)自己的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作經(jīng)歷和技能,并且與其他團(tuán)隊(duì)人員溝通合作的能力。
