英語(yǔ)中級(jí)口譯考試大綱

一、考試目的
根據(jù)大綱要求,檢查考生是否具備本大綱所規(guī)定的各項(xiàng)語(yǔ)言技能。凡通過上海市英語(yǔ)中級(jí)口譯崗位資格證書考試(含筆試和口試)的考生,可獲得由上海市教育委員會(huì)、上海市成人教育委員會(huì)、上海市委組織部、上海市人事局統(tǒng)一印制的上海市英語(yǔ)中級(jí)口譯崗位資格證書。
二、考試的性質(zhì)和范圍
本考試是一種測(cè)試考生單項(xiàng)和綜合語(yǔ)言能力的尺度參照性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化考試。考試分兩個(gè)階段,第一階段為筆試,第二階段為口試。只有通過筆試的考生方有資格參加口試。筆試包括聽力、閱讀、英譯漢和漢譯英;口試包括口語(yǔ)和口譯。
三、考試時(shí)間與命題
上海市英語(yǔ)中級(jí)口譯崗位資格證書考試每年舉行兩次,分別于3月和9月舉行筆試,并擇時(shí)舉行口試。筆試和口試由上海市外語(yǔ)口譯崗位資格證書考試委員會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)命題與實(shí)施。
四、考試形式
本考試根據(jù)口譯特點(diǎn),以測(cè)試口譯水平為主要目標(biāo),從聽、說、讀、譯(筆譯、口譯)等四個(gè)方面對(duì)考生語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力進(jìn)行全面測(cè)試。測(cè)試力求科學(xué)、客觀、可行?荚嚥扇】陀^試題與主觀試題相結(jié)合,單項(xiàng)技能測(cè)試與綜合技能測(cè)試相結(jié)合的方式。在第一階段的筆試中,客觀試題約占試卷總分的35%,主觀試題約占試卷總分的65%;第二階段口試全部是主觀試題。
五、考試內(nèi)容
第一階段筆試分四個(gè)部分,依次是:第一部分:聽力;第二部分:閱讀;第三部分:英譯漢;第四部分:漢譯英?偪荚嚂r(shí)間為l50分鐘,其中聽力45分鐘,閱讀45分鐘,英譯漢30分鐘,漢譯英30分鐘。第二階段口試分兩個(gè)部分:口語(yǔ)與口譯,考試時(shí)間為25分鐘左右。
