一、提前準(zhǔn)備好自我介紹
每個專業(yè)在考研復(fù)試英語面試過程中必備的一個環(huán)節(jié)便是自我介紹，它是考生留給老師第一印象的“敲門磚”，考生在準(zhǔn)備得時候要學(xué)會對自己的亮點進(jìn)行包裝，找到自己獨特的優(yōu)勢，如：學(xué)術(shù)修養(yǎng)，大學(xué)期間閱讀的著作，參加過的實踐，與導(dǎo)師做過的課題，參加過哪些競賽以及獲得的獎項等，并同時要對本專業(yè)的專業(yè)術(shù)語進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備，以防老師在提問的過程中遭遇尷尬。一個好的自我介紹能夠為接下來的環(huán)節(jié)開一個好頭，也能在最開始減少考生緊張情緒，提升考生自信。

2. What is your greatest strength?(你最突出的優(yōu)點是什么?)
這是很多面試考官喜歡問的一個問題，也是你展示自己的最佳機(jī)會，不要吹噓自己或過于自負(fù)，但要讓雇主知道你相信自己，你知道自己的優(yōu)點。如可答：“我認(rèn)為我最大的優(yōu)點是能夠執(zhí)著地盡力把事情辦好。當(dāng)做完一件工作而其成果又正合我的預(yù)想時，我會有一種真正的成就感。我給自己定了一些高目標(biāo)。比如說，我要成為出色的畢業(yè)生。盡管在大學(xué)一年級時我啟動慢了些，但最終我以優(yōu)等論文完成了學(xué)業(yè)�！�
3. What is your greatest weakness?(你最大的弱點是什么?)
你不應(yīng)該說你沒有任何弱點，以此來回避這個問題。每個人都有弱點，最佳策略是承認(rèn)你的弱點，但同時表明你在予以改進(jìn)，并有克服弱點的計劃�？赡艿脑挘憧烧f出一項可能會給學(xué)校帶來好處的弱點，如可說：”我是一個完美主義者。工作做得不漂亮，我是不會撒手的�！�

絕不要對你以前的所作所為表示內(nèi)疚。如可答：“我認(rèn)為我在學(xué)校表現(xiàn)不錯。事實上，有好幾門功課我的成績居全班第一。在某公司實習(xí)時，我獲得了該公司數(shù)年來給予其雇員的好幾項最高評價�！�
三、尊重老師，態(tài)度誠懇
尊重老師在英語面試中主要體現(xiàn)在認(rèn)真聽老師提出的問題、對自己的點評，甚至是批評，不要與老師發(fā)生直接沖突，也不要認(rèn)為自己的英語水平高而目中無人，老師的資歷絕對比在場的考生高，因此一定要謙虛有禮貌;需要指出的是，正面的學(xué)術(shù)探討是值得鼓勵的，但是反對駁斥老師的意見與批評，甚至惡語相向是堅決不可以的。
四、注重禮儀
在面試場上，一定要注重自己的儀容儀態(tài)，女生可以適當(dāng)化淡妝，男生要保持臉部的清爽，不要留胡須;男女生著裝上不要過于前衛(wèi)，不要奇裝異服，建議穿比較沉穩(wěn)的顏色;要注意考生在面試的過程中，坐姿和站姿一定要腰背挺直，拿出精氣神，要注意始終面帶微笑，學(xué)會眼神交流;全程切勿有不適當(dāng)小動作如撓耳朵、咬嘴唇、翻白眼等，也不要因為在考場上聽到自己熟悉的題目后就沾沾自喜，即使面試前做了充足的準(zhǔn)備，也不能得意忘形，手插褲兜、搖頭晃腦，這只會讓人生厭。
