分析：建議信是寫信人希望對解決問題有所幫助而向相關(guān)部門或者個人寫的信件，其主要目的`是提出自己的意見，希望對方能夠采納并采取相應(yīng)行動。為了達(dá)到交際目的，所提建議要合理、可行、容易讓對方接受。除此之外還需要注意語氣要和善，要與對方拉近距離而不可盛氣凌人。
