　　Tell me a little bit about yourself please?

　　請簡單介紹下你自己。

　　My name is Zhangyong,I graduated from Peking University in 2002, my major is economics.After gradusation,on the year 2002, Ijoined China mobile as a business manager .I like traveling very much and enjoy sports.

　　我叫張勇，02年畢業(yè)于北京大學，專業(yè)是經(jīng)濟學。畢業(yè)后，也就是在02年，我在中國移動公司做商務(wù)經(jīng)理。我非常喜歡旅行，也很熱愛運動。

　　What kind of personalities do you think you have?

　　你覺得自己個性如何?

　　I think I’m honest and reliable.

　　我覺得自己誠實可靠。

　　What kind of person are you?

　　I feel I’m initiative and aggressive, responsible in doing things.

　　To tell you the truth, I think I’m imaginative and creative.

　　Would you like to describe yourself as what kind of person you are?

　　Frankly, I think I’m quite outgoing and I enjoy mixing and doing things with others.

　　I wouldn’t call myself introverted though some times I’m inclined to think independently and enjoy staying all by my self, often and often I like sharing activities with others.

　　盡管有的時候我傾向于獨立思考問題，喜歡一個人獨處，但是我的性格卻不能叫做內(nèi)向。因為大多情況下我還是喜歡跟別人共同活。

　　I prefer to work with those who are willing to work with other prople.

　　I approach things very enthusiastically and I can take on jobs that bother other people and work at them slowly until they get done.

　　I think a job is on the one hand a way of making a living, but on the other hand, it is also a very important way to self-fulfillment.

　　How do you handle your failure?

　　None of us was born "perfect".I will get a second chance to correct my mistake.

　　Are you more a follower or a leader?

　　你更傾向于扮演追隨者還是領(lǐng)導者?

　　I think I am more of a leader, but I am team-task minded too.

　　我覺得自己更傾向于作個領(lǐng)導著，但是我也具有團隊合作的思想。

　　I don’t try to get in front of people and lead them, particularly. I’d rather cooperate with anybody else and get the job done by working together.

　　I don’t agree with somebody else if I think he is wrong, but when I understand his thoughts and find he has some good ideas, then I am very glad to go along with him.

　　我不習慣在人前活動，尤其是做一個領(lǐng)導。我寧愿跟別人合作共同完成工作。

　　如果我認為一個人錯了那我決不會認同他的觀點，但是當我理解了他的想法，并且發(fā)現(xiàn)他有一些好的見解時，我是非常樂意跟他一塊工作的。

　　What attitude do you take towards life?

　　I feel it is important to build a career. Seize the day, seize the hour. Even if it’s hard at the time. I try to get things done that day and not to let them go.

　　我覺得建立一個事業(yè)是很重要的。抓牢每一天，每一個小時，不管在那一刻是多么的困難。我嘗試著就在當天抓住我想要的，而決不讓其一閃而過。

　　What is important to you in a job?

　　For example, challenge, the feeling of accomplishment, and knowing that you have made a contribution.

　　比方說，挑戰(zhàn)，成就感，還有對自己所做貢獻的認知。

　　Please tell me your present job.

　　請談?wù)勀悻F(xiàn)在的工作。

　　I am working in a garment factory. My present job is to inspect the quality of products. comparatively speaking, quality control is rather simple. Although I do my job well, I am looking for a new job which is more challenging.

　　我目前供職于一家服裝廠。工作主要是檢驗產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。相對來說，質(zhì)量控制是相當容易的。盡管我工作做的很出色，我仍舊渴望一份更有挑戰(zhàn)性的新工作。

　　Question 17

　　Do you think the MBA training you a lot in the future?

　　你覺得未來MBA課程會教你很多東西嗎?

　　I think these courses for most MBA students will be a big help. Because for most MBA students, what they need is the combination of work experience and theory supports, the theory we learn in these course will be the foundation when we deal with current issue.

　　我認為這些課程都能大大受益多數(shù)的MBA學生。因為對于大部分MBA學生來說，他們所缺乏的正是工作經(jīng)驗與理論知識的結(jié)合，而我們在這些課程中所學到的理論恰好能為我們以后處理實際問題打下基礎(chǔ)。

　　What kind of personality do you think you have?

　　你認為自己個性如何?

　　Well, I approach things very enthusiastically, and I don’t like to leave something half-done. It makes me nervous- I cannot concentrate on something else until the first thing is finished.

　　嗯，我處理事情非常積極，并且不喜歡半途而廢。知道第一件事情做完了我才會專注于其他問題，否則我會非常緊張。

　　Question 19

　　How would you describe your personality?

　　能否描述下自己的性格?

　　I am a person of great perseverance. If I pick up something, I never leave it half-done. I am strong willed, and I never withdraw before difficulties. I am ready to help others, because it can not only do others good, but also give me a sense of satisfaction.

　　我是個毅力非凡的人。如果我拾起一件工作，我決不會半途而廢。我意志堅強，在困難面前從不畏縮。我時刻準備幫助別人，因為這樣不僅能給別人帶來好處，而且也給我自己帶來滿足感。

　　Could you tell me any of your faults and strong points?

　　Well, I am afraid I am a poor talker, and that isn’t very good. So I’ve been studying how to speak in public. I suppose a strong point is that I like developing new things and ideas.

　　嗯，恐怕我是個不善言辭的人，這樣不大好。所以我一直都在學習如何在公眾場合講話。我覺得我的優(yōu)點就是我喜歡新的思想和新事物。

　　I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I’d planned.

　　我認為我最大的優(yōu)點是能夠執(zhí)著地盡力把事情辦好。當做完一件工作而其成果又正合我的預(yù)想時，我會有一種真正的成就感。

　　I am such a perfectionist that I won’t stop until a job is well done.

　　What do you think about MBA program in China?

　　Some of the prestige programs are pretty good not only for their rigid training in management theory and related area, but also for a lot of opportunities to practice. Meanwhile, the courses suit the current situation in China as well as our real needs.

　　一些較有威望的科目無論是在其管理理論和相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的嚴格培訓方面，還是在提供實踐機會方面都是相當不錯的。同時，MBA課程不但符合中國現(xiàn)今的形勢，而且符合我們的真正需求。

　　Please tell me about your working experience.

　　請談一下你的工作經(jīng)歷?

　　I have five years experience in the chemical industry since I graduated from college. First of all I worked as an assistant engineer in the A Company. Three years later I transferred to B Company. Now I am working in the Sale Department of that company.

　　我畢業(yè)后曾在化工企業(yè)工作了五年。首先在一家公司做工程師助理，三年后我跳槽到B公司，現(xiàn)在我在這家公司的銷售部工作。

　　Question 25

　　Where do you want to be five years from now?

　　從現(xiàn)在開始的五年中你有什么打算?

　　In five years, I'd like to have my boss's job. (I’d like to be my own boss.)

　　在這五年里，我想做到老板的位子。
