七、投訴與索賠

商務(wù)英語口語
1.從單詞起步
商務(wù)英語口語的內(nèi)容要從單詞起步,第一個問題是詞匯量,多少個單詞才能讓你表達自己?
在一些商務(wù)場合,商務(wù)英語比漢語的思維可能要簡單很多,商務(wù)英語說話所用的詞匯會更少,大約幾百個單詞就夠了,問題在于如何熟練運用商務(wù)英語。
2.從發(fā)音入手
增強發(fā)音水平是重要的一步,學(xué)習(xí)商務(wù)英語口語的內(nèi)容有三個:音、腔、調(diào)。首先要掌握單音的發(fā)音方法,單音不用搞得很復(fù)雜,因為單音發(fā)得再準,如果沒有讓外國人聽著順耳的腔調(diào),也算不上地道的英語表達。
英語單詞音節(jié)的輕重,在說話時會發(fā)生很大的改變,所以學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)音的精力要放在口腔上,此外,還要學(xué)會外國人用語音傳遞信息和表達情感的習(xí)慣,這是學(xué)習(xí)英語口語的基礎(chǔ)。

商務(wù)英語非常注重實用性,能在現(xiàn)實的商務(wù)環(huán)境中,運用學(xué)到的商務(wù)知識,才是商務(wù)英語學(xué)習(xí)的目的。為了達到這一目的,需要對自己有所要求。
除了在培訓(xùn)班學(xué)習(xí)外,考生還應(yīng)該注重課外知識的積累,比如閱讀商務(wù)類文章,可以去網(wǎng)上找一些商務(wù)英語的資料。此外,還可以去考商務(wù)英語證書,能考查真實工作環(huán)境中英語交流的能力。
4.培養(yǎng)商務(wù)思維
考生要了解各個職能部門和行業(yè)的商務(wù)背景知識,同時增強對商務(wù)英語詞匯的敏感性。比如平時多練習(xí)一些不同的商務(wù)英語口語話題,還可以模擬一些商務(wù)情境,與外教進行實時互動等。
